शिक्षक कर्मचारी कल्याण कोष समिति गठित:डेढ़ साल बाद बनी समिति, अब हाई और प्लस टू स्कूलों के शिक्षकों को इलाज के लिए मिलेंगे तीन लाख रुपये

झारखंड के हाई और प्लस टू स्कूलों के शिक्षकों को बीमारी का इलाज कराने के लिए सोचने की जरूरत नहीं है। उनका इलाज अब शिक्षक कर्मचारी कल्याण कोष समिति कराएगी। इसके लिए निर्णय ले लिया गया है। लगभग डेढ़ साल बाद इस शिक्षक कर्मचारी कल्याण कोष समिति का गठन किया गया है। इस समिति के अध्यक्ष झारखंड एकेडमिक काउंसिल के अध्यक्ष होंगे। इस समिति के तहत शिक्षकों को इलाज के लिए तीन लाख रुपये मिलेंगे।
समिति में इन्हें मिली है जिम्मेदारी
स्कूली शिक्षा व साक्षरता विभाग की ओर से शिक्षकों के इलाज का प्रावधान कर दिया गया है। गठित समिति के अध्यक्ष की जिम्मेदारी झारखंड एकेडमिक काउंसिल (जैक) के उपाध्यक्ष को दिया गया है। इसके अतिरिक्त जैक के संयुक्त सचिव-1 और वित्त पदाधिकारी सदस्य के रूप में समिति में रहेंगे। इनके अलावा झारखंड इंटर शिक्षक संघ के माहसचिव अरुण कुमार महतो और झारखंड राज्य माध्यमिक शिक्षक संघ के यशवंत विजय शिक्षक प्रतिनिधि के रूप में मनोनीत किये गये हैं। जैक के सचिव महीप कुमार सिंह ने इस संबंध में अधिसूचना जारी कर दी है।
जानिए, किन्हें और कैसे मिलेगा लाभ
शिक्षक कर्मचारी कल्याण कोष समिति के तहत लाभ लेने के लिए कुछ कायदे तय किए गए हैं। इसके मुताबिक वैसी बीमारियां जो गंभीर बीमारी की श्रेणी में आते हैं, उन्हीं के इलाज के लिए पैसे दिए जाएंगे। इस समिति का गठन लगभग डेढ़ साल बाद किया गया है। इलाज के पैसे लेने के लिए शिक्षकों को आवेदन करना होगा। वहीं आवेदन के साथ बीमारी से संबंधित कागजात देने होंगे। जैक की कल्याण कोष समिति बीमारी व दस्तावेज के आधार पर राशि तय करेगी कि कितनी राशि शिक्षकों को देनी है। डेढ़ साल में करीब तीन दर्जन शिक्षकों के आवेदन लंबित हैं।
इलाज के लिए मिलेंगे तीन लाख रुपये तक
समिति के गठन के साथ ही इस निधि में पैसे में भी बढ़ोत्तरी की गयी है। अब तक अधिकतम डेढ़ लाख रुपये की मिला करते थे। शिक्षक-कर्मचारी कल्याण कोष की राशि में बढ़ोतरी की गई है। अब तीन लाख रुपये तक मिल सकेंगे। कल्याण कोष के लिए मैट्रिक व इंटरमीडिएट के छात्र से आवेदन के समय पांच-पांच रुपये लिये जाते हैं। जितनी राशि होती है, उतनी ही सरकार राशि देती है। इससे ही शिक्षकों को भुगतान किया जाता है।

The responsibility of the chairman of the constituted committee has been given to the vice-chairman of the Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC). In addition, Joint Secretary-1 and Finance Officer of JAC will remain in the committee as members. Apart from these, Arun Kumar Mahto, General Secretary of Jharkhand Inter Teachers Association and Yashwant Vijay of Jharkhand State Secondary Teachers Association have been nominated as teacher representatives. Jack’s secretary Maheep Kumar Singh has issued a notification in this regard.
Know, who and how will get the benefit
Some rules have been fixed for taking benefits under the Teachers Employees Welfare Fund Committee. According to this, money will be given for the treatment of such diseases which come under the category of serious diseases. This committee has been formed after about one and a half years. Teachers have to apply to get treatment money. At the same time, documents related to the disease will have to be given along with the application. Jack’s Welfare Fund Committee will decide the amount on the basis of illness and documents, how much amount has to be given to the teachers. Applications of about three dozen teachers are pending in one and a half years.
Will get up to three lakh rupees for treatment
Along with the formation of the committee, the money in this fund has also been increased. Till now they used to get a maximum of Rs 1.5 lakh. The amount of teacher-employee welfare fund has been increased. Now you can get up to three lakh rupees. For the welfare fund, Rs.5 each is taken from matriculation and intermediate students at the time of application. The government gives the same amount as it is. This is how teachers are paid.
