हेमंत सरकार ने पूरे किए तीन साल:राज्य के किसान, बेटियां और प्री-मैट्रिक स्टूडेंट्स को मिला योजनाओं का लाभ, लाभुकों से सीएम ने की बात

सरकार के तीन साल पूरे होने के मौके पर मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन ने राज्य के किसानों, बेटियों और स्टूडेंट्स के बीच विभिन्न योजनाओं की राशि सीधे उनके खाते में ट्रांसफर की। राज्य के सूखाग्रस्त प्रखंडों के किसानों को मुख्यमंत्री सुखाड़ राहत योजना मुआवजे की राशि उनके खाते में भेजी गयी। इस योजना के प्रथम चरण में ऐसे 6,63,910 लाभार्थी किसानों के बैंक खाते में डीबीटी के माध्यम से 2,32,36,85,000 रुपये भेजे गए। इसी तरह सावित्रीबाई फुले किशोरी समृद्धि योजना के तहत क्लास 8 एवं 9 में पढ़ने वाली लड़की को 2,500 रुपये, क्लास 10, 11 एवं 12 में पढ़ने वाली लड़की को 5,000 रुपये और 18-19 वर्ष आयु की लड़की को एकमुश्त 20,000 रुपये का अनुदान दिया जाता है। स्थापना दिवस के मौके पर ऐसे 5,52,685 बालिकाओं के बीच 2,192,991,500 रुपये बांटे गए।
अभी लंबा सफर तय करना है
स्थापना दिवस के मौके पर सीएम हेमंत सोरेन ने कहा कि तमाम झंझावातों के बीच सरकार ने तीन साल का सफल सफर तय किया है। अभी और लंबा सफर तय करना है। उन्होंने कहा कि आज का मौका उत्साह वाला है। हम बेहतर करने की उम्मीद से आगे बढ़ते रहेंगे।
25 लाख स्टूडेंट्स के खाते में 500 करोड़ ट्रांसफर
सरकार ने प्री मैट्रिक स्कॉलरशिप के तहत चयनित स्टूडेंट्स के खाते में भी राशि भेजी। इस योजना के तहत अनूसूचित जजोहार परियोजना पोर्टल हुआ लांच

जोहार परियोजना पोर्टल हुआ लांच
राज्य सरकार, राज्य के विभिन्न जिलों, निदेशालयों एवं एजेंसियों के प्रोजेक्ट्स की मॉनिटरिंग सहित उनके इंप्लीमेंटेशन के लिए जोहार परियोजना पोर्टल डेवलप किया गया है। जिसका मुख्य उद्देश्य “मंत्रिपरिषद द्वारा स्वीकृत एवं शिलान्यास किये गए परियोजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन एवं अनुश्रवण करते हुए समयबद्ध तरीके से पूर्ण कराया जाना है।

जोहार खिलाड़ी में जमा होगा खिलाड़ियों को डेटाबेस
मुख्यमंत्री ने कार्यक्रम में पर्यटन, कला–संस्कृति, खेलकूद एवं युवाकार्य विभाग की ओर से खेल संबंधी विभिन्न योजनाओं के की मॉनिटरिंग और इंप्लीमेंटेशन के लिए जोहार खिलाड़ी पोर्टल डेवलप कराया है। जिसे आज लांच किया गया। इस पोर्टल द्वारा खेल के विकास हेतु आधारभूत संरचनाओं के विकास एवं उसके रख-रखाव में भी सहायता होगी। इस पोर्टल से खेल और खिलाड़ियों से संबंधित सभी विषयों को एक स्थान पर लाया जा सकेगा ,जिससे खेल इको सिस्टम को पूर्णत पेपर लेस बनाया जा सकेगा। पोर्टल का मुख्य उद्देश्य सभी खिलाड़ियों का डिजिटल डेटाबेस उपलब्ध कराना है।

पहली बार कार्मिक विभाग का कॉम्पेडियम जारी
मुख्यमंत्री ने स्थापना दिवस के मौके पर राज्य के गठन के बाद पहली बार कार्मिक, प्रशासनिक सुधार तथा राजभाषा विभाग के कॉम्पेडियम को जारी किया। इसमें विभागीय नियमों / परिपत्रों / संकल्पों का एक विषयवार समेकित संकलन है। यह चार खंड में है। जो पांच पुस्तिकाओं में समाहित है। इसमें कार्मिक प्रबंधन से संबंधित सभी आयाम (कार्मियों की नियुक्ति, प्रोन्नति, आरक्षण, विभागीय कार्यवाही, अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई, आचार, सेवानिवृत्ति आदि) को संकलित किया गया है। इस संकलन से विभागीय नियमों / परिपत्रों / संकल्पों की उपलब्धता सर्वसुलभ हो सकेगी तथा सरकार के स्तर पर निर्णय लेने में सुविधा होगी। इसे समय-समय पर अपडेट किया जाएगा।

500 crore transfer in the account of 25 lakh students
The government also sent funds to the accounts of selected students under pre-matric scholarship. Under this scheme, 1500 rupees are given to the students of classes one to five for Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes. At the same time, the total amount of this scheme has now been increased to one lakh rupees. Today, Rs 500 crore was sent to the accounts of 25 lakh such selected students.

Johar project portal launched
Johar Project Portal has been developed for monitoring the projects of the state government, various districts, directorates and agencies of the state, including their implementation. The main objective of which is to “implement and monitor the projects approved by the Council of Ministers and completed in a time-bound manner.”

Players database will be stored in Johar Khiladi
The Chief Minister has developed Johar Khiladi Portal for monitoring and implementation of various schemes related to sports by the Department of Tourism, Art-Culture, Sports and Youth Affairs. Which was launched today. This portal will also help in the development and maintenance of infrastructure for the development of sports. Through this portal, all the topics related to sports and players can be brought at one place, due to which the sports eco system can be made completely paperless. The main objective of the portal is to provide a digital database of all the players.

Compendium of Personnel Department released for the first time
For the first time after the formation of the state, the Chief Minister released the Compendium of the Department of Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Official Language on the occasion of Foundation Day. It contains a subject wise consolidated compilation of Departmental Rules / Circulars / Resolutions. It is in four sections. Which is contained in five booklets. In this, all aspects related to personnel management (appointment, promotion, reservation, departmental action, disciplinary action, conduct, retirement etc.) have been compiled. With this compilation, the availability of departmental rules/circulars/resolutions will be easily accessible and there will be convenience in decision making at the government level. It will be updated from time to time.
