बता दें कि जिले में लगातार उनके द्वारा हर थाना क्षेत्र में औचक निरीक्षण किया जा रहा है.किंतु आज उनका एक अलग ही पुलिसिंग व्यवस्था आदित्यपुर थाना क्षेत्र के हथियाडीह में देखने को मिला. आधी रात में
हथियाडीह के ग्रामीण इलाकों में जिले के एसपी डॉ विमल कुमार भ्रमण करने एवं क्षेत्रीय थाना के विधि व्यवस्था जानने के लिए
पहुंचे. बता दे की सरायकेला
जिला में मात्र 15 दिन होते ही
क्षेत्र के सभी अवैध कारोबार
और माफिया में हड़कम मच
चुका है. जिनको वह बरकरार रखते हुए हर एक ग्रामीण इलाकों में खुद ही भ्रमण कर रहे हैं. वहीं ग्रामीण इलाकों में वहां के नागरिकों से अच्छे वातावरण में काफी बातचीत भी की. जिसमें उन्होंने यह ‘नो की. जिसमें उन्होंने यह जानने की कोशिश की की
