सप्ताहिक जनता दरबार में उपायुक्त से मिले दर्जनों फरियादी, प्राप्त शिकायतों पर उपायुक्त नें जांचोपरांत यथोचित करवाई करने के दिए निर्देश
समाहरणालय में आयोजित सप्ताहिक जनता दरबार में जिले के विभिन्न क्षेत्र से व्यक्तिगत एवं समाजिक समस्याओं के निराकरण हेतू आए लोगो से जिला दण्डधिकारी सह उपायुक्त श्री रवि शंकर शुक्ला मिलकर उनकी समस्याओं से अवगत हुए। जनता दरबार में प्राप्त आवेदनों को उपायुक्त नें संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को अग्रसारित करते हुए यथोचित कारर्वाई के निर्देश दिए, कुछ समस्याओं का तत्काल ही समाधान किया गया।
आज आयोजित जनता दरबार में मुख्य रुप से भूमि विवाद, ईचागढ़ प्रखंड अंतर्गत अबुआ आवास योजना अंतर्गत लाभुकों के चयन में अनियमितता बरतने, लागान निर्धारण, कांडरबेडा सरायकेला में अवैध रुप से कर्सर प्लांट संचालन करने, KGBV टीकर में कक्षा छः में नामांकन में अनियमितता बरतने समेत विभिन्न आवेदन प्राप्त हुए। सभी आवेदनों पर आवश्यक कार्रवाई हेतु संबंधित विभाग के पदाधिकारियों को अग्रसरित किया गया।
Dozens of complaints were received from the Deputy Commissioner in the weekly Janata Darbar. On the complaints received, the Deputy Commissioner gave instructions to take appropriate action after investigation
In the weekly Janta Darbar organized at the Collectorate, District Magistrate cum Deputy Commissioner Shri Ravi Shankar Shukla met the people who had come from different areas of the district to resolve their personal and social problems and became aware of their problems. The Deputy Commissioner forwarded the applications received in the Janata Darbar to the concerned officials and gave instructions for appropriate action, some problems were resolved immediately.
The Janata Darbar held today mainly included land dispute, irregularities in selection of beneficiaries under Abua Housing Scheme under Ichagarh block, tax determination, illegal operation of cursor plant in Kanderbeda Seraikela, irregularities in enrollment in class six in KGBV Tikar. Various applications were received. All the applications were forwarded to the officials of the concerned department for necessary action.
