निलंबित आईएस अधिकारी पूजा सिंघल की मुश्किलें और बढ़ सकती हैं। राज्य सरकार ने प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) द्वारा साझा की गयी सूचना के आधार पर विधि विभाग से राय मांगी है। राज्य सरकार ने विधि विभाग से प्राथमिक दर्ज करने के संबंध में सुझाव मांगा है
नवंबर 2022 में भेजी गयी थी रिपोर्ट
प्रवर्तन निदेशालय ने मनरेगा घोटाले की जांच के बाद इससे संबंधित पहली रिपोर्ट नवंबर 2022 में राज्य सरकार को भेजी थी। ईडी की इसी रिपोर्ट के आधार पर पूजा सिंघल, सीए सुमन कुमार और छह जिला खनन पदाधिकारियों के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया गया था और इस मामले की जांच अबतक चल रही है। ईडी ने इस मामले में कई अहम सबूत कोर्ट में सौंपे हैं।
कई नाम हैं शामिल
प्रवर्तन निदेशालय ने इस मामले की जांच करने के बाद प्रथम चरण में आरोप पत्र दायर किया है।इस मामले में जांच से मिले फैक्ट्स और आरोप पत्र की कॉपी राज्य सरकार को भेज दी थी। सीए सुमन कुमार, पाकुड़ के जिला खनन पदाधिकारी प्रदीप कुमार, दुमका के जिला खनन पदाधिकारी कृष्ण कुमार किस्कू, साहिबगंज के जिला खनन पदाधिकारी विभूति कुमार, रामगढ़ जिला खनन पदाधिकारी नितेश कुमार गुप्ता, पश्चिम सिंहभूम के जिला खनन पदाधिकारी निशांत अभिषेक और खूंटी के जिला खनन पदाधिकारी नदीम शाफी से संबंधित ब्योरा भी राज्य सरकार को भेजा गया था। इन अहम जानकारियों के आधार पर इस मामले में आरोपियों के खिलाफ खिलाफ सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश पर प्राथमिकी दर्ज की जानी है।
जमानत पर रिहा हैं पूजा सिंघल
ध्यान रहे कि इस वक्त पूजा सिंघल जमानत पर बाहर हैं। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पूजा सिंघल को एक माह की अंतरिम जमानत दी है। उन्हें अपनी बेटी के साथ नोएडा में रहने की इजाजत दी गयी है। उन्हें रांची नहीं आने का आदेश दिया गया है। वह तबतक रांची से दूर रहेगी जबतक इस मामले की जांच चल रही है। निलंबित आईएएस पूजा सिंघल को करीब आठ माह बाद बिरसा मुंडा केंद्रीय कारावास से रिहा हुई थी। इस दौरान वह कई बार रिम्स में भर्ती रहीं।
