अब पेपर लीक करने पर जेल जाने और 1 करोड़ तक जुर्माना देने का कानून लागू हुआ है – लोक परीक्षा (अनुचित साधनों की रोकथाम) अधिनियम, 2024।
देशभर में नीट, यूजीसी-नेट जैसी प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं के बारे में विवाद चर्चा में है। इस विवाद के बीच, केंद्र सरकार ने लोक परीक्षा (अनुचित साधनों की रोकथाम) अधिनियम, 2024 को अधिसूचित किया है, जिसका उद्देश्य प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं में अनैतिकता और अनुशासनहीनता को रोकना है। इस अधिनियम के तहत अपराधियों को कठोर सजा और भारी जुर्माने का प्रावधान है, जिसमें दोषी पाए जाने पर अधिकतम 10 साल की कारावास और एक करोड़ रुपये तक का जुर्माना शामिल है।
राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू ने लगभग चार महीने पहले अधिनियम को मंजूरी दी थी। उसके बाद कार्मिक मंत्रालय ने रात के वक्त एक अधिसूचना जारी की, जिसमें घोषणा की गई कि इस कानून के प्रावधान 21 जून से लागू होंगे। यूजीसी-नेट 2024 परीक्षा के पेपर लीक होने पर उठे विवाद के बीच, यह सरकार द्वारा एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम माना गया है।
सीबीआई ने मामला दर्ज किया है।
नीट पेपर लीक को लेकर गंभीर विवाद जारी है। सीबीआई ने राष्ट्रीय परीक्षा एजेंसी (एनटीए) द्वारा आयोजित परीक्षा के प्रश्नपत्र लीक होने की जांच के लिए 20 जून को मामला दर्ज किया है। इस मामले के चलते विपक्ष ने केंद्र सरकार पर निशाना साधा है। कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी ने संसद में मामले को उठाने की बात कही है। कांग्रेस के कार्यकर्ताओं ने पेपर लीक के विरोध में शुक्रवार को देशभर में प्रदर्शन किया।
इससे पहले नहीं था कोई ठोस कानून
NEET और UGC-NET जैसी परीक्षाओं में गड़बड़ियों के बीच पिछले दिनों शिक्षा मंत्री धर्मेंद्र प्रधान ने कहा था कि दोषियों को किसी भी कीमत पर बख्शा नहीं जाएगा. उनके इस बयान के बाद यह कानून लाया गया जो केंद्र सरकार के द्वारा उठाया गया बड़ा कदम माना जा रहा है. इस कानून से पहले, केंद्र सरकार और जांच एजेंसियों के पास परीक्षाओं में गड़बड़ी से जुड़े अपराधों से निपटने के लिए अलग से कोई ठोस कानून मौजूद नहीं था.

President Draupadi Murmu had assent to the Act about four months ago. After that, the Personnel Ministry issued a notification during the night, which announced that the provisions of this law will come into force from June 21. Amid the controversy over the leak of UGC-NET 2024 exam papers, this is considered an important step by the government.
CBI has registered the case.
Serious controversy continues regarding NEET paper leak. The CBI has registered a case on June 20 to investigate the question paper leak of the examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Due to this matter, the opposition has targeted the central government. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has talked about raising the matter in Parliament. Congress workers demonstrated across the country on Friday against the paper leak.
Before this there was no concrete law
Recently, amid irregularities in examinations like NEET and UGC-NET, Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan had said that the culprits will not be spared at any cost. After his statement, this law was brought which is considered a big step taken by the Central Government. Before this law, the central government and investigating agencies did not have any separate concrete law to deal with crimes related to examination malpractices.
