मानहानि केस में सूरत कोर्ट से राहत नहीं मिलने के बाद गुजरात HC पहुंचे राहुल गांधी
नई दिल्ली: मोदी सरनेम को लेकर सूरत की अदालत द्वारा दोषी करार दिए जाने के फैसले को अब कांग्रेस के नेता राहुल गांधी हाईकोर्ट में चुनौती देंगे. सूरत कोर्ट के इस फैसले के बाद राहुल गांधी की संसद सदस्यता रद्द कर दी गई थी. संसद सदस्यता रद्द किए जाने के कुछ दिन बाद ही राहुल गांधी को दिल्ली में अपना सरकारी बंगला भी खाली करना पड़ा था. बंगला खाली करते समय राहुल गांधी ने कहा था कि वो सिर्फ सच बोलने की कीमत चुका रहे हैं और वो आगे भी ऐसे ही सच बोलते रहेंगे. भले ही उन्हें इसके लिए कोई भी कीमत चुकानी पड़े
