पॉक्सो एक्ट प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में पहुंचे डीजीपी,प्रशिक्षण का आज दूसरा दिन है.
राँची। पॉक्सो एक्ट के मामले में पुलिस कार्रवाई तो करती है लेकिन कई मामलों मे सजा नहीं दिलवा पाती।जिसकी सबसे बड़ी वजह पुख्ता और सटीक अनुसंधान का न होना है।यही कारण है कि दोषी कोर्ट से बरी हो जाते हैं।इसको देखते हुए पॉक्सो एक्ट में बेहतर अनुसंधान कैसे हो और कैसे दोषियों को सजा दिलाई जाए, इसे लेकर झारखण्ड अपराध अनुसंधान विभाग (सीआईडी) पॉक्सो एक्ट को लेकर चार दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया। कार्यक्रम के दूसरे डीजीपी अजय कुमार सिंह पहुंचे और इस मामले से संबंधित कई जानकारी दी। यह कार्यक्रम रविवार 25 जून से शुरू होकर 28 जून तक चलेगा। इस कार्यशाला को कारगर बनाने के लिए इसमें न सिर्फ पुलिस बल्कि सीडब्ल्यूसी, डॉक्टर्स और एनजीओ को भी जोड़ा गया है ताकि जांच की बारीकियों और अनुसंधान के तरीकों को समझा जा सके।

इस कार्यशाला मे कुल 95 प्रतिभागी शामिल हो रहे हैं।जिन्हें कोर्ट प्रोसेस के बारे में जानकारी दी जाएगी।इसके साथ ही फॉरेंसिक और मेडिकल जांच के बारे में जानकारी दी जाएगी।इसमें मुख्यतः विक्टिम कंपनसेशन, पॉक्सो एक्ट 2020 बायोलॉजिकल एविडेंस, चाइल्ड पोर्नोग्राफी, पॉस्को केस के जांच के लिए एसओपी, डीएनए, फिंगरप्रिंट सीडब्ल्यूसी की भूमिका जैसे महत्वपूर्ण तथ्यों पर चर्चा होगी।इन सबका का एक मात्र उद्देश्य है कि कैसे अनुसंधान को बेहतर बनाया जाये।
Ranchi. Police takes action in case of POCSO Act but in many cases they are not able to punish. The biggest reason for which is lack of proper and accurate research. This is the reason why the guilty are acquitted from the court. In view of this, in POCSO Act Jharkhand Crime Research Department (CID) organized a four-day training program on POCSO Act on how better research should be done and how to punish the guilty. The second DGP of the program Ajay Kumar Singh reached and gave many information related to this matter. This program will start from Sunday 25th June and continue till 28th June. To make this workshop effective, not only police but also CWC, doctors and NGOs have been included in it so that the nuances of investigation and methods of research can be understood.
A total of 95 participants are attending the workshop
A total of 95 participants are attending this workshop. Who will be given information about the court process. Along with this, information will be given about forensic and medical examination. In this, mainly Victim Compensation, Poxo Act 2020 Biological Evidence, Child Pornography, Posco Important facts like SOP for case investigation, role of DNA, fingerprint CWC will be discussed. All these have only one objective how to improve research.
