भारतीय जनता पार्टी खरसावां प्रखंड कार्यालय में हुल दिवस मनाया गया कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत में संथाल हुल नायक सिदी कन्हु के चित्र पर कार्यकर्ताओं ने श्रद्धा सुमन अर्पित किया इस अवसर पर पूर्व विधायक मंगल सिंह सोय ने कहा आज के ही दिन यानी की 30 जून1855 को सिद्धू और कानू मुर्मू के नेतृत्व में हजारों साल आदिवासी भगनाडीही मैदान में एकत्रित हुए थे और अंग्रेज सरकार का भयानक अत्याचार के खिलाफ और स्थानीय साहूकारी के शोषण के विरुद्ध बृहद रुप से जन विद्रोह शुरू किया तथा हजारों की संख्या में ग्रामीण आदिवासी कोलकाता के और सामूहिक पैदल मार्च किया था सिद्धू कानू के द्वारा किए गए इस विद्रोह से अंग्रेज सरकार की नीव हिला दी थी जिसके कारण अंग्रेजों की नींद उड़ गई थी फिर अंग्रेजों की सेना के सिपाहियों को गोलीबारी में सिद्धू की जान चली गई और 23 फरवरी 1856 को कानू की भुगनाडीह के पास पंचकठिया बरगद के पेड पर फांसी दे दी गई संथाल विद्रोह एक इतिहासिक विद्रोह था और इसी को सम्मान देने के लिए हम सभी झारखंड वासी हर साल 30 जून को हुल दिवस के रूप में मनाते हैं इस कार्यक्रम मैं मुख्य रूप से भाजपा अनुसूचित जनजाति मोर्चा प्रदेश सदस्य लाल सिंह सीय, प्रदेश अनुसूचित जनजाति मोर्चा के सदस्य कानडे सुमबुरुई,, प्रखंड अध्यक्ष हीपना सीरेन, लादूराम हेंब्रम प्रकाश मुखी विपिन केवते, गाजला हाँसदा, आदि कार्यकर्ता उपस्थित थे
Hull Day was celebrated in Bharatiya Janata Party Kharsawan block office. At the beginning of the program, workers paid homage to the picture of Santhal Hull Nayak Sidi Kanhu. Thousands of tribals under the leadership of Kanu Murmu had gathered at Bhagnadihi Maidan and launched a massive mass revolt against the horrific atrocities of the British government and against the exploitation of local moneylenders and thousands of rural tribals marched towards Kolkata. This rebellion by Tha Sidhu Kanu shook the foundation of the British government, due to which the British lost their sleep, then Sidhu lost his life in the firing of British army soldiers and on 23 February 1856, Panchkathia near Kanu’s Bhuganadih. Hanged on the banyan tree, the Santhal rebellion was a historical rebellion and to honor it, we all Jharkhand people celebrate 30th June every year as Hull Day. Singh Siy, State Scheduled Tribe Morcha member Kande Sumburui, Block President Heepna Siren, Laduram Hembram Prakash Mukhi Vipin Kevate, Gazla Hansda, etc workers were present.
