अधिग्रहण की गई भूमि के मुआवजे का मामला रैयातदारो ने विधायक को सौंपा मांग पत्र।
चांडिल : सराइकेला खरसावां जिला के चांडिल प्रखंड के घोड़ानेगी गांव के रैय्यतदारो ने डैम निर्माण में अधिगृहित कर गोदाम बनाए जमीन का भुगतान करने की मांग को लेकर रविवार को ईचागढ़ के विधायक सविता महतो से मिला तथा सचिव के नाम ज्ञापन सौंपा। सौपे गए ज्ञापन में कहा गया है कि स्वर्णरेखा बहुउद्देशीय परियोजना के दाँया तट शिविर के द्वारा कार्यालय एवं आवासीय कॉलोनी ,गोदाम का निर्माण हेतु पिछले 40 वर्ष पहले जमीन का अधिग्रहण किया गया था। लेकिन आज तक रैयतों को जमीन का मुआवजा भुगतान नहीं किया गया। स्वर्णरेखा बांध प्रमंडल संख्या -2 के कार्यपालक अभियंता के द्वारा उक्त भूमि के अधिग्रहण हेतु अधियाचना विशेष- भू -अर्जन कार्यालय स्वर्णरेखा परियोजना चांडिल का दिया गया है।राशि के अभाव में भू-अर्जन द्वारा अधिघोषणा नहीं किया जा रहा है। 15 जुलाई को राशि प्राप्त न होने के कारण भू- अर्जन का प्रक्रिया व्ययगत (लेप्स) हो जाएगा। रैयतों ने कहा कि विभाग आवश्यक कार्रवाई करते हुए जल्द से जल्द राशि उपलब्ध कराएं ताकि रैयतों को अधिगृहीत जमीन का मुआवजा का भुगतान हो सके। मौके पर कमल महतो ,सुभाष महतो, धनंजय महतो ,अमीन महतो, काला चांद महतो आदि उपस्थित थे।
Chandil: Raiyatdars of Ghoranegi village of Chandil block of Seraikela Kharsawan district met Ichagarh MLA Savita Mahato on Sunday and submitted a memorandum to the secretary, demanding payment for the land acquired and built godowns for dam construction. It has been said in the memorandum submitted that the land was acquired 40 years ago for the construction of office and residential colony, godown by the right bank camp of Subarnarekha Multipurpose Project. But till date the compensation for the land has not been paid to the ryots. The requisition for the acquisition of the said land has been given by the Executive Engineer of Subarnarekha Dam Division No.-2 to the Special-Land Acquisition Office, Subarnarekha Project Chandil. Due to lack of funds, the declaration is not being made through land acquisition. Due to non-receipt of the amount on July 15, the process of land acquisition will lapse. The ryots said that the department should take necessary action and make the amount available as soon as possible so that the ryots can be paid compensation for the acquired land. Kamal Mahto, Subhash Mahto, Dhananjay Mahto, Amin Mahto, Kala Chand Mahto etc were present on the occasion.
