यूसीसी पर सवाल : ‘क्या हेमा मालिनी और धर्मेंद्र…’, समान नागरिक संहिता का जिक्र कर बोलीं महबूबा मुफ्ती
नयी दिल्ली :* देशभर में यूनिफॉर्म सिविल कोड पर बहस छिड़ी हुई है. इसी बीच जम्मू-कश्मीर की पूर्व सीएम महबूबा मुफ्ती ने दिग्गज अभिनेता धर्मेंद्र और उनकी सांसद पत्नी हेमा मालिनी का जिक्र करते हुए बीजेपी पर निशाना साधा. महबूबा मुफ्ती ने सोमवार (3 जुलाई) को कहा कि धर्मेंद्र की बीजेपी सांसद हेमा मालिनी के साथ दूसरी शादी थी. क्या उनकी दूसरी शादी पर बीजेपी का यूनिफॉर्म सिविल कोड लागू होगा.
पीपुल्स डेमोक्रेटिक पार्टी (पीडीपी) की अध्यक्ष ने आगे कहा कि अगर यूसीसी कानून बनता है तो दूसरी शादी को लेकर क्या हेमा जी को बीजेपी जेल भेजेगी. महबूबा मुफ्ती ने कहा कि वे (केंद्र) किस कानून के तहत समान नागरिक संहिता के जरिए एकरूपता लाएंगे? हमारे पास समान आपराधिक संहिता है, लेकिन बिलकिस बानो के बलात्कारियों को रिहा कर दिया गया.
*धर्मेंद्र ने हेमा मालिनी से की थी दूसरी शादी*
बता दें कि, धर्मेंद्र ने एक्ट्रेस हेमा मालिनी से दूसरी शादी थी. उनकी पहली शादी प्रकाश कौर से 1954 में हुई थी. इसके बाद धर्मेंद्र को हेमा मालिनी से प्यार हो गया था और उन्होंने साल 1980 में उनसे शादी कर ली थी. धर्मेंद्र ने प्रकाश कौर को तलाक दिए बिना दूसरी शादी की थी. रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक, धर्मेंद्र ने इस्लाम कबूल कर हेमा मालिनी से शादी की थी.
*महबूबा मुफ्ती का बीजेपी पर हमला*
महबूबा मुफ्ती ने महाराष्ट्र में हुई एनसीपी की बगावत को लेकर भी बीजेपी पर हमला बोला. उन्होंने कहा कि जिन्हें भ्रष्ट कहा जाता था, वे (बीजेपी) उन्हीं लोगों को सरकार बनाने के लिए ले जा रहे हैं. ये विपक्ष बनाम बीजेपी नहीं, ये विपक्ष बनाम ईडी है. उन्होंने बीजेपी पर आरोप लगाया कि सत्ताधारी पार्टी विधायक खरीदने में जुटी हुई है.
पीडीपी चीफ ने इससे पहले रविवार को ट्वीट किया था कि बीजेपी ने जिस तरह से महाराष्ट्र में बार-बार लोकप्रिय जनादेश को कमजोर किया है, उसकी निंदा करने के लिए कोई शब्द नहीं है. लोकतंत्र की न केवल हत्या की जा रही है, बल्कि वे ऐसे घृणित कृत्यों को छिपाने के लिए राष्ट्रगान का उपयोग कर रहे हैं.

Mehbooba Mufti said that under which law they (Centre) will bring uniformity through Uniform Civil Code? We have a common criminal code, but the rapists of Bilkis Bano were let off.
*Dharmendra did second marriage with Hema Malini*
Please tell that Dharmendra had a second marriage with actress Hema Malini. He was first married to Prakash Kaur in 1954. After this, Dharmendra fell in love with Hema Malini and married her in the year 1980. Dharmendra had married second without divorcing Prakash Kaur. According to reports, Dharmendra married Hema Malini after converting to Islam.
Mehbooba Mufti’s attack on BJP
Mehbooba Mufti also attacked the BJP over the NCP rebellion in Maharashtra. He said that those who were called corrupt, they (BJP) are taking those same people to form the government. This is not opposition vs BJP, this is opposition vs ED. He accused the BJP that the ruling party is trying to buy MLAs.
The PDP chief had earlier tweeted on Sunday that there are no words to condemn the way BJP has repeatedly undermined the popular mandate in Maharashtra. Democracy is not only being murdered, but they are using the national anthem to hide such heinous acts.
