कपाली के मुख्य सड़क के किनारे बन रहे नाली के निर्माण कार्य में बदस्तूर बढ़ रही है अनियमितता
चांडिल: सरायकेला-खरसावां जिले के कपाली नगरपरिषद क्षेत्र अंतर्गत 15वें वित्त आयोग के अंतर्गत लगभग तीन करोड़ की लागत से बन रहे नाली के निर्माण कार्य में संवेदक द्वारा घोर अनियमितता बर्ती जा रही है। इसकी जानकारी तब प्राप्त हुई जब कपाली के केंदडीह स्थित भाभी होटल से महज सो मीटर के दूरी पर नाली का निर्माण जलापूर्ति के पाइप से जुड़े यंत्र को सुरक्षित रखने के लिए बनाये गए चैंबर को तोड़कर उसके ऊपर नाली का निर्माण किया जा रहा था। इससे साफ अंदेशा लगाया जा सकता है कि आने वाले दिनों में कपाली क्षेत्र अंतर्गत रह रहे लोगों पर जलापूर्ति का संकट आना तय है। इस विषय को लेकर उक्त स्थल पर निर्माण कार्य में लगे कामगारों से जानकारी लेने का प्रयास किया गया तो वे मीडियाकर्मी से बचते नज़र आए। वहीं बताते चले कि नाली का निर्माण कार्य लगभग आज से डेढ़ वर्ष पूर्व प्रारम्भ हुई है लेकिन संवेदक की संवेदनहीनता के कारण आज तक कार्य अधर में लटका हुआ है। नाली का निर्माण ऐसे में अगले पांच वर्षों में भी पूरा होना असंभव है। यह खबर कई न्यूज चैनलों तथा अखबार में प्रकाशित होने के बाद भी न ही स्थानीय प्रशासन ने इस पर सुध ली और न ही कोई जनप्रतिनिधि ने लोगों का कष्ट का निवारण के लिए कोई प्रयास किया।

It is impossible to complete the construction of the drain even in the next five years. Even after this news was published in many news channels and newspapers, neither the local administration took care of it nor did any public representative make any effort to redress the suffering of the people.
