खरसावां में ग्राम प्रधान महासभा संघ की बैठक में जल नल योजना में ग्राम प्रधानों की अनदेखी से नाराजगी

खरसावां प्रखंड मुख्यालय में ग्राम प्रधान महासभा संघ की एक महत्वपूर्ण बैठक प्रखंड अध्यक्ष दुर्योधन प्रधान की अध्यक्षता में की गई इस बैठक में निर्णय लिया गया कि खरसावां के विभिन्न ग्रामों में चल रहे जल नल योजना में ग्राम प्रधानों को बगैर सूचना दिये ही योजना का काम कराया जा रहा है जिससे ग्राम प्रधानों में नाराजगी है योजना स्थल पर किसी भी प्रकार की योजनाओं से संबंधित सूचना बोर्ड नहीं लगाया गया है ग्राम प्रधान महासभा अंचल सभी पंचायतों में ग्राम प्रधानों के साथ बैठक करने की मांग की गई मौके पर श्री प्रधान ने कहा कि कल हम प्रमंडल में विलिकसन रुल के तहत पारंपरिक स्व शासन व्यवस्था है ग्राम स्तर पर ग्राम प्रधानों को सवोच स्थान प्राप्त है सरकार के सभी योजनाओं एवं कार्य को सही रूप से ग्राम में क्रिया निवत करने हेतु प्रशासन का सहयोग करने के साथ-साथ ग्राम स्तर को छोटे ब समस्याओं का फैसला सामाजिक सांस्कृतिक एवं पारंपरिक रीति-रिवाजों की रक्षा सरकारी भूमि को देखरेख राजस्व वसूल में सहयोग आदि तमाम कार्य करती है ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों की हम रोड की हड्डी है ग्राम प्रधानों कोअवत संबंधित कार्य सहित विविध कार्यों को सटीक एवं सही समय पर पूरा करने के लिए खरसावां अंचल में ग्राम प्रधानों का कार्यालय सह सभागार भवन का निर्माण अभी तक नहीं हो पाया है चुकि अंचल खरसावां के राजस्व ग्राम दूर-दूर में स्थित है जिसके वजह से अंचल के सभी सम्मानित ग्राम प्रधानों को कार्यालय कार्य मासिक बैठक आदि कार्य करने हेतु बहुत ही दिक्कत का सामना करना पड़ता है समय का सदुपयोग भी नहीं हो पाता है इस बैठक में मुख्य रूप से ग्राम प्रधान दुर्योधन प्रधान अनिल कुमार महंती राणा सिंह देव नीलकंठ नायक दिलीप प्रधान खालिद खान , दुखुराम महती, गीजू नायक, लक्ष्मीनारायण प्रधान शैलेंद्र प्रधान शंभू राउत आदि उपस्थित थे

An important meeting of Gram Pradhan Mahasabha Sangh at Kharsawan Block Headquarters was held under the chairmanship of Block President Duryodhan Pradhan. In this meeting, it was decided that in the water tap scheme running in different villages of Kharsawan, the work of the scheme should be done without informing the village heads. Due to which there is displeasure among the village heads, information board related to any kind of schemes has not been put up at the planning site, the Gram Pradhan Mahasabha zone demanded a meeting with the village heads in all the panchayats, on the occasion Mr. Pradhan said that tomorrow We have a traditional self-governance system under the Wilkinson rule in the district. At the village level, the village heads have the highest position, along with the cooperation of the administration to properly implement all the plans and works of the government in the village, the village level is small. B solves problems, protects social, cultural and traditional customs, maintains government land, cooperates in revenue recovery, etc. The construction of the office-cum-auditorium building of village heads in Kharsawan zone has not yet been completed, because the revenue village of zone Kharsawan is located far away, due to which all the respected village heads of the zone have to do office work, monthly meeting etc. One has to face a lot of problems, even the time is not put to good use.
