सी. बी. एम. डी. कार्यालय बिस्टुपुर में स्वदेशी जागरण मंच ने पूजनीय स्वर्गीय श्री मदन दास देवी जी की शोक सभा मनाई। सभा मे सारे समर्थकों ने उनके जीवन पर अपना वक्तव्य रखा।
मंच के केंद्रीय कार्यसमिति सदस्य एवं खादी ग्रामोद्योग आयोग के पूर्वी भारत के चेयरमैन मनोज सिंह जी ने कहा कि माननीय मदन जी एक कुशल शिल्पकार थे। उन्होंने अखिल भारतीय विद्यार्थी परिषद को एक बड़े संगठन का रूप देने का कार्य किया। ABVP की कार्यपद्धति के संघ की विचार के अनुरूप ढालने का कार्य किया। साथ ही उन्होंने राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ के सह सरकार्यवाह के रूप में अपना दायित्व को निभाया। मदन दास देवी जी स्वदेशी जागरण मंच के सह संयोजक भी रहे। उन्होंने स्वदेशी जागरण मंच के विचार धारा को देश के महत्वपूर्ण विषयों में लाने का काम किया।
मंच के अखिल भारतीय सह संघर्षवाहिनी प्रमुख बन्दे जी ने अपने विचार रखते हुए कहा कि मदन दास देवी जी चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंसी में गोल्ड मेडलिस्ट रहे। उतने बड़े एवं महत्वपूर्ण पद पर रहने के बावजूद उनका जीवन आम कार्यकर्ताओं के बीच गुजरा। उनके मार्गदर्शन से अनेक महान देश भक्त बने।
मंच के प्रांत प्रचार के प्रमुख अमित मिश्रा जी ने कहा कि स्वदेशी जागरण मंच जमशेदपुर महानगर का सौभाग्य 2002 में हुआ जब उस समय के कार्यकर्ताओं को माननीय मदन दास देवी जी का मार्गदर्शन प्राप्त हुआ। उनका योगदान मंच कभी नही भूलेगा। हम सभी स्वयंसेवकों को उनके जीवन से प्रेरणा ले कर संगठन के कार्य को गति देने चाहिए एवं कार्यकर्ता का विकास और स्वदेशी विचारधारा घर घर पंहुँचे इस दिशा में काम करना चाहिए।
सभा मे जे के एम राजू जी,जटा शंकर पांडेय, राज कुमार साह जी, राजपति जी, मुकेश ठाकुर, विकास साहनी, अभय सिंह, राजा सिंह, अभिषेक, मुकेश भदानी, राजाराम, देव कुमार, राकेश पांडे, मुकेश जी , घनश्याम जी के साथ 35 स्वदेशी समर्थक उपस्थित रहे।

Amit Mishra, head of the Manch’s state campaign, said that Swadeshi Jagran Manch Jamshedpur metropolis was fortunate in 2002 when the workers of that time received the guidance of Honorable Madan Das Devi ji.
