समाहरणालय स्थित सभागार में उपायुक्त रवि शंकर शुक्ला व पुलिस अधीक्षक डॉ विमल कुमार की संयुक्त अध्यक्षता में स्वतंत्रता दिवस समारोह के सफल आयोजन को लेकर जिला स्तरीय बैठक हुई इसमें उप विकास आयुक्त, अप्पर नगर आयुक्त, ऊपर उपायुक्त, अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी सरायकेला चांडिल, उप समाहर्ता सामान्य शाखा व अन्ना संबंधित विभागीय पदाधिकारी उपस्थित थे बैठक के दौरान स्वतंत्रता दिवस के अवसर पर जिला में आयोजित होने वाले मुख्य कार्यक्रम को तैयारियों की नियमित बिंदुवार चर्चा करते हुए आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिया गया इस दौरान उपायुक्त ने मुख्य कार्यक्रम स्थल भगवान बिरसा मुंडा स्टेडियम को साफ-सफाई रंग रीगने, समतलीकरण पंडाल निर्माण ध्वनि तंत्र स्थापित करने को लेकर संबंधित विभाग पदाधिकारियों को आवश्यक निर्देश दिया बैठक के उपरांत उपायुक्त द्वारा बताया गया कि जिले में हर्ष उल्लास के साथ स्वतंत्रता दिवस समारोह का आयोजन किया जाना है इस निमित्त जिले में मौजूद सभी शहीद महापुरुषों की प्रतिमाओं को साफ सफाई एवं उस पर माल्यार्पण , उपायुक्त ने कहा कि स्वतंत्रता दिवस के अवसर पर मुख्य समारोह स्थल पर स्वतंत्रता सेनानी के आश्रितों को सम्मानित किया जाएगा वही पुलिस लाइन में आयोजित समारोह के दौरान कारगिल युद्ध में भाग लेने वाले सैनिकों को सम्मानित किया जाएगा उपायुक्त ने कहा कि समारोह के आयोजन के पूर्व 11,12 और 13 अगस्त को पूर्व अभ्यास के दौरान भी पेयजल की व्यवस्था व चिकित्सा दल की उपस्थित रहेगी उपायुक्त ने कहा कि विगत वर्षों की भांति इस वर्ष भी विभिन्न विद्यालय के छात्र-छात्राओं द्वारा प्रभात फेरी निकाली जाएगी जो एनएच व राजमार्ग छोड़कर, ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में आयोजित होगी बैठक के दौरान स्वतंत्रता दिवस के अवसर पर विभिन्न स्थलों विभागीय कार्यालय में समारोह के सफल संचालन को लेकर बिंदुवार चर्चा करते हुए उपायुक्त ने विभिन्न विभागों के पदाधिकारियों को जिम्मेदारी सौपते हुए ससमय सभी तैयारियों पुणे करने का निर्देश दिया
A district-level meeting was held under the joint chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Ravi Shankar Shukla and Superintendent of Police Dr. Vimal Kumar in the Collectorate Auditorium for the successful organization of Independence Day celebrations, in which Deputy Development Commissioner, Upper Municipal Commissioner, Upper Deputy Commissioner, Sub-Divisional Police Officer Seraikela Chandil, Deputy Collector General Branch and Anna related departmental officials were present during the meeting, regular point-wise discussion of preparations for the main program to be organized in the district on the occasion of Independence Day, necessary guidelines were given, during this the Deputy Commissioner cleaned the main program venue Bhagwan Birsa Munda Stadium. Necessary instructions were given to the concerned department officials regarding cleaning, leveling, construction of pandal and installation of sound system. After the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner told that Independence Day celebrations are to be organized in the district with great enthusiasm, for this purpose all the martyrs present in the district Cleaning the statues of great men and garlanding them, the Deputy Commissioner said that on the occasion of Independence Day, the dependents of the freedom fighters will be honored at the main function, while the soldiers who participated in the Kargil war will be honored during the function organized in the police line. The Deputy Commissioner said that drinking water arrangements and the medical team will be present during the pre-exercise on August 11, 12 and 13 before the ceremony.
