आज दिनांक 4 अगस्त 2023 दिन शुक्रवार को पश्चिमी सिंहभूम जिला अंतर्गत खुँटपानी प्रखंड के सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र खुँटपानी, बसाहतु का औचक निरिक्षण समाजसेवी नारायण कांडेयाँग के शिकायत पर किया गया, जिसमें शिकायत अनुसार अस्पताल के प्रबंधन के द्वारा मरीजों के बुनियादी सुविधाओं को लेकर था जो सही पाया गया है, जिसमें “प्रखंड प्रमुख श्री सिद्धार्थ होनहागा एवं झारखण्ड पार्टी के जिलाध्यक्ष रयान्स सामड” के द्वारा अस्पताल प्रबंधन को कड़ी निर्देश दिए गए की इन बुनियादी समस्याओ को हरसंभव त्वरित निदान करें, ताकि स्वास्थ्य का लाभ लेना हर आम नागरिक का मौलिक अधिकार है, एवं किसी भी आम जनता के शिकायत या सुझाव को दरकिनार या मना नहीं करना है, उसे रिसीव कर उन शिकायत या सुझाव पर प्रबंधन मिलकर विचार कर समाधान की पुरजोर कोशिश करें ताकि जनता या लाभुक को अपना हक का मांग या सुझाव देने का अधिकार है इसीलिए प्रबंधन इसतरह की लापरवाही से बचें ||

निरिक्षण के क्रम में निम्न कमी पाई गई…..:-
1. यहाँ अस्पताल एकांत जैसे जगह पर होने से आसपास में कोई होटलों जैसे या दाल भात योजना जैसी कोई सुविधा उपलब्ध न होने के कारण लोग मरीज के साथ अपना ढेकची बर्तन एवं लकड़ी साथ लाते हैं एवं अपना खाना, एवं पानी गर्म करने को अस्पताल के प्रांगण में ही बनाया करते हैं एवं बारिश होने पर लोग इस सुविधा को व्यवस्था करने के लिए भटकते रहते हैं ||
इसीलिए मांग है की अस्पताल प्रबंधन कम से कम मरीजों के लिए गुनगुने पानी की व्यवस्था कर दे ताकि नई माँ को इसकी अति जरुरत होती है, एवं परिजनों की सुविधा हेतु दाल भात योजना को सुचारु रूप से चलाया जाए ताकि पीड़ित परिजनों को भटकना न पड़े ||
2. इस अस्पताल में नियमित उपयोग होने वाली दवाईया उपलब्ध नहीं है जो मरीजों को दवाई बाहर से लाने की सलाह दी जाति है जिससे अस्पताल और टाउन की दुरी लगभग 18 KM की दुरी पर होने से दवाइयों के प्रबंध में असमर्थ हो जाते हैं ||
प्रबंधन से मांग है की नियमित जरुरत की दवाइयों का हमेशा उपलब्ध हो ताकि जरूरतमंद को भटकना न पड़े प्रबंधन को इस पर विशेष ध्यान देने की आवश्यकता है ||
3. इस अस्पताल में वैकल्पिक लाइट की सुविधा नहीं है, बैटरी और इन्वाइटर तो है, जो कि मुश्किल से एक घंटे ही समय दे पता है, एवं डीजी जनरेटर है पर कभी चलता नहीं है, इससे रात को जब बिजली गुल होने पर मरीजों को अंधकार से परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ता है ||
प्रबंधन से मांग है इस असुविधा को हरसंभव त्वरित दूर करें एवं मरीजों को वैकल्पिक लाइट का व्यवस्था करे ||
4. एवं अस्पताल के नर्स दीदियाँ छुट्टी के वक्त पीड़ित परिजनों से पैसे की मांग करती हैं यह गलत है (चाहे वह मिठाई खाने के नाम पर ही क्यों न हो ) ||
प्रबंधन से मांग है की ऐसा मांग किसी भी पीड़ित से न करे अन्यथा कड़ी करवाई किया जा सकता है, आप चाहे तो दान पेटी रख सकते हैं, पर दबाव से हाथ में पैसे का मांग का अधिकार किसी को नहीं है यह अपराध है इसीलिए कृपया इस पर ध्यान दिया जाए ||
5. इस अस्पताल में कोविड के समय ऑक्सीजन प्लांट की व्यवस्था करोड़ों की लागत से की गई है, जो एक बार चलने के बाद बंद पड़ी है, और अब उसके छज्जे हवा से उखड़ गए हैं अब यह प्लांट खुली आसमान के नीचे बंद पड़ा है प्रबंधन का कहना है की प्रशासन को कई बार अवगत कराने के बावजूद इसे संज्ञान में न लेना प्रशासन की लापरवाही को दर्शा रहीं है ||
प्रशासन एवं सरकार से मांग है की इस करोड़ों की लागत से निर्मित ऑक्सीजन प्लांट को हरसंभव सुचारु रूप से चालू किया जाए ताकि जिला या प्रखंड स्तर में भी किसी मरीजों के लिए ऑक्सीजन की कमी न हो, और यह आम जनता का पैसे को फिजूल खर्ची से बचाया जा सके ||
6. बाथरूम की सुविधा भी काफ़ी दयनीय है, अस्पताल के अंदर का बाथरूम बंद रहता है बाहर का टुटा फूटा स्थिति में है एवं पानी की सुविधा बाथरूम में नहीं है एवं बाथरूम के लिए भी जरूरतमंद को घर से ही बाल्टी लाना पड़ता है,जिससे जरूरतमंद परिजनों को काफ़ी परेशानी झेलनी पडती है ||
अतः प्रबंधन से मांग है कि हरसंभव त्वरित इस बाथरूम की व्यवस्था को दुरुस्त कर आमजनों को सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने की सुकृपा की जाए ||
कृपया इस सभी बुनियादी समस्याओ का हर संभव गंभीरता से संज्ञान में लेते हुए त्वरित समाधान करने की सुकृपा की जाए ताकि जरुरतमंदो को इन सुविधाओं का लाभ मिल सके ||

It has been found, in which “Block Chief Mr. Siddharth Honhaga and District President of Jharkhand Party Ryans Samad” gave strict instructions to the hospital management to solve these basic problems as soon as possible, so that taking advantage of health is a fundamental right of every common citizen. , And do not ignore or refuse any complaint or suggestion from the general public, after receiving it, the management will consider those complaints or suggestions together and try to solve them so that the public or the beneficiary has the right to demand or suggest their rights. That’s why management should avoid this kind of negligence.

The following deficiencies were found during the inspection…..:-

1. Due to the hospital being in a secluded place, there are no hotels nearby or facilities like Dal Bhat Yojana, so people bring their covered utensils and wood along with the patient and use the hospital to heat their food and water. It is made in the courtyard itself and when it rains, people keep wandering to arrange this facility.

That is why there is a demand that the hospital management should at least arrange lukewarm water for the patients so that the new mother needs it very much, and for the convenience of the relatives, the Dal Bhat scheme should be run smoothly so that the victim’s relatives do not have to wander. |

2. Medicines of regular use are not available in this hospital, patients are advised to bring medicines from outside, due to which the distance between the hospital and the town is about 18 KM, they are unable to manage medicines.

There is a demand from the management that regular medicines should always be available so that the needy do not have to wander, the management needs to pay special attention to this.

3. There is no facility of alternate light in this hospital, there is battery and inviter, which can give hardly one hour time, and there is DG generator but it never works, because of this, when there is a power failure in the night, the patients suffer. Darkness has to face trouble ||
There is a demand from the management to remove this inconvenience as soon as possible and arrange alternate lights for the patients.
4. And the nurse sisters of the hospital demand money from the victim’s relatives during leave, it is wrong (even if it is in the name of eating sweets) ||
There is a demand from the management that such demand should not be made from any victim, otherwise strict action can be taken, if you want, you can keep a donation box, but no one has the right to demand money in hand under pressure, it is a crime, so please Attention should be paid to ||
5. Oxygen plant has been arranged in this hospital at the time of Kovid at a cost of crores, which is lying closed after running once, and now its balcony has been uprooted by the wind, now this plant is lying closed under the open sky. says that despite informing the administration several times, not taking it into cognizance is showing the negligence of the administration.
There is a demand from the administration and the government that this oxygen plant built at a cost of crores should be started as smoothly as possible so that there is no shortage of oxygen for any patients even at the district or block level, and it saves the money of the general public from wasteful expenditure. can be saved ||
6. The bathroom facility is also very pathetic, the bathroom inside the hospital remains closed, the outside is in a dilapidated condition and there is no water facility in the bathroom and the needy has to bring a bucket from home for the bathroom as well, due to which the needy The family members have to face a lot of trouble.
Therefore, there is a demand from the management that by repairing the arrangement of this bathroom as soon as possible, it should be blessed to make facilities available to the common people.
Please take into consideration all these basic problems with all possible seriousness and solve them immediately so that the needy can get the benefit of these facilities.
