XLRI में 43 वें मैक्सी फेयर की हुई लॉन्चिंग, छह मल्टीनेशनल कंपनियों की समस्याओं का निदान ढूंढेंगे विद्यार्थी
जमशेदपुर: एक्सएलआरआइ में 43वें मैक्सी फेयर का दो दिवसीय आयोजन 21 और 22 जनवरी को होने वाला है। मार्केटिंग एसोसिएशन आफ एक्सएलआरआइ की ओर से आयोजित इस मेले की लांचिंग सोमवार को हुई। इस मौके पर मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में एक्सएलआरआइ के पूर्ववर्ती छात्र सह डब्ल्यूपीपी के कंट्री हेड सीवीएल श्रीनिवास ने किया। उन्होंने एक्सएलआरआइ के निदेशक फादर एस जार्ज एसजे, डीन एकेडमिक्स संजय पात्रो, डीन एडमिन फादर डोनाल्ड डिसूजा समेत मैक्सी फेयर की आयोजन समिति के साथ संयुक्त रूप से दीप प्रज्वलित कर मैक्सी फेयर की विधिवत लांचिंग की। इस दौरान सभी को संबोधित करते हुए निदेशक फादर एस जार्ज ने कहा कि एक्सएलआरआइ की 75 वर्षों की विरासत को आगे लेकर जाने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि जीवन में कई प्रकार की समस्याएं आती है, उन समस्याओं व चुनौतियों से हम किस प्रकार सफलता पूर्वक निबटते हैं उसी का नाम मैनेजमेंट है। उन्होंने कहा कि मैक्सी फेयर में इंडस्ट्रीज में वाली विभिन्न प्रकार की समस्याओं को खेल-खेल में दूर करने का प्रयास किया जाता है। पिछले 42 वर्षों से यह अनवरत जारी है। इस वर्ष छह मल्टीनेशनल कंपनियों की समस्याओं का समाधान रिसर्च के छात्र ढूंढेंगे।
एक्सएलआरआइ में नैतिकता आधारित शिक्षा को तरजीह : श्रीनिवास
इस मौके पर मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में उपस्थित 1993 बैच के बीएम बैच के पूर्ववर्ती छात्र सह मैक्सी फेयर आयोजन समिति के पूर्व सचिव सीवीएल श्रीनिवास ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि एक्सएलआरआइ में भले ही उन्हें दो साल के मैनेजमेंट कोर्स का सर्टिफिकेट मिला, लेकिन उसके अलावा एक्सएलआरआइ ने जो मूल्य आधारित शिक्षा दी वह सबसे स्पेशल रही।
उन्होंने कहा कि आज के दौर में इंडस्ट्रीज में एक्सलर्स व अन्य बिजनेस स्कूलों में यही बेसिक अंतर है कि एक्सएलआरआइ के विद्यार्थियों को जो शिक्षा दी जाती है देश के लिए बेहतर मैनेजर के साथ ही बेहतर नागरिक तैयार करने के काम भी आते हैं। कहा कि एक्सएलआआइ ने उन्हें लाइफ स्किल्स, प्रॉब्लेम सॉल्विंग एटीट्यूड, क्रिएटिविटी ऑर्गनाइजेशनल स्किल समेत कई अन्य बातों को सिखाया। साथ ही कहा कि एक्सएलआरआइ इसलिए भी खास है क्योंकि उन्हें उनकी लाइफ पार्टनर भी एक्सएलआरआइ से ही मिली।

क्या है मैक्सीफेयर, क्या होगा इस बार खास
मैक्सी फेयर एक्सएलआरआइ की ओर से शुरू किया गया रिसर्च मेला है, जिसके जरिये शहर के लोगों के दिमाग पर खेल-खेल में रिसर्च की जाती है। इस बार 22 जनवरी को शाम 7 बजे से बालीवुड के गायक शाहिद माल्या अपनी सुरों से जादू बिखेरेंगे। माल्या ने अब तक फिल्म गुंडे, स्टूडेंट ऑफ द ईयर, उड़ता पंजाब और जब हैरी मेट सेजल जैसी फिल्मों में गाना गाया है। मैक्सी फेयर में विभिन्न कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन किया गया है।
इसमें बच्चों के लिए फैन्सी ड्रेस प्रतियोगिता और डांस प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन होगा। वहीं बड़ों के लिए जमशेदपुर फेवरेट फैमिली, मिस एंड मिस्टर जमशेदपुर और मास्टरशेफ प्रतियोगिता होगी। इसमें विभिन्न प्रकार के खेल और सवारी का भी लुत्प उठा सके है, जिसमें बॉक्स क्रिकेट, वाटर जोरबिंग, बाउंसी कैसल के साथ कई और खेल शामिल है। मैक्सी फेयर में 35 से अधिक फूड स्टाल भी लगाए जायेंगे, जिसका आनंद लोग उठा सकेंगे।

He said that many types of problems come in life, how we successfully deal with those problems and challenges is called management. He said that in Maxi Fair, efforts are made to solve various problems in the industries in a sporting way. This has been going on continuously for the last 42 years. This year research students will find solutions to the problems of six multinational companies.
Moral based education preferred in XLRI: Srinivas
Present as the chief guest on the occasion, CVL Srinivas, former alumnus of BM batch of 1993 batch and ex-secretary of Maxi Fair Organizing Committee, said in his address that even though he got a two-year management course certificate in XLRI, but apart from that The value based education imparted by XLRI was the most special.
He said that in today’s industry, the basic difference between Excellers and other business schools is that the education imparted to the students of XLRI is useful for preparing better managers as well as better citizens for the country. Said that XLI taught him life skills, problem solving attitude, creativity, organizational skills and many other things. Also said that XLRI is also special because he got his life partner from XLRI only.

What is Maxifair, what will be special this time
Maxi Fair is a research fair started by XLRI, through which sports research is done on the mind of the people of the city. This time on January 22, from 7 pm, Bollywood singer Shahid Mallya will spread magic with his tunes. Mallya has so far sung in films like Gunday, Student of the Year, Udta Punjab and Jab Harry Met Sejal. Various programs have been organized in Maxi Fair.
In this, fancy dress competition and dance competition will be organized for children. Whereas for adults there will be Jamshedpur Favorite Family, Miss and Mr. Jamshedpur and Masterchef competition. It also has a variety of games and rides to enjoy, including box cricket, water zorbing, bouncy castle and many more.
