रामगढ़ उप चुनाव का पूरा गणित समझिए:कौन- कौन दावेदार, कौन कितना मजबूत और क्या है रामगढ़ चुनाव में जीत का फार्मूला
रामगढ़: रामगढ़ विधानसभा सीट पर चुनावी रण की तैयारी पूरी हो चुकी है। उम्मीदवारों का ऐलान अब तक नहीं हुआ है लेकिन चेहरे लगभग साफ हैं। इस सीट पर आजसू और कांग्रेस के बीच सीधा मुकाबला होता रहा है। आंकड़े गवाह हैं पिछले तीन बार हुए चुनाव में दोनों दलों के बीच ही 60-70 प्रतिशत वोट बंटते रहे हैं।
पिछली बार के जीत का गणित
पिछले चुनाव पर नजर डालें तो कांग्रेस प्रत्याशी ममता देवी ने 44.70 प्रतिशत वोट लाकर जीत हासिल कर ली थी। आजसू को 31.86 और भाजपा को 14.26 प्रतिशत वोट हासिल हुए थे। इस बार संभावना है कि भाजपा और आजसू इस सीट पर साथ चुनाव लड़ेगी।
महत्वपूर्ण तारीख
चुनाव आयोग रामगढ़ उप चुनाव की अधिसूचना मंगलवार 31 जनवरी को जारी करेगा. इसके बाद नामांकन की प्रक्रिया शुरू होगी। सात फरवरी तक प्रत्याशियों का नामांकन लिया जायेगा. आठ फरवरी को स्क्रूटनी होगी. नाम वापसी की अंतिम तिथि 10 फरवरी है. 27 फरवरी को मतदान और दो मार्च को मतगणना है।
यूपीए और एनडीए की रणनीति
इस चुनाव में अबतक किसी पार्टी ने उम्मीदवार का ऐलान नहीं किया है। कांग्रेस की तरफ से दो दावेदारों के बीच चुनाव से पहले ही लड़ाई है। कांग्रेस की पूर्व विधायक ममता देवी के देवर अमित महतो इस सीट पर दांवा ठोंक रहे हैं तो दूसरी तरफ ममता देवी के पति बंजरंग महतो भी टिकट की दावेदारी में आगे हैं। चर्चा तेज है कि बजरंग महतो ही कांग्रेस से उम्मीदवार होंगे। अब आजसू की इस परंपरागत सीट पर सांसद चंद्रप्रकाश चौधरी की पत्नी सुनीता चौधरी चुनावी मैदान में उतर रही हैं। यूपीए एवं एनडीए ने अब तक उम्मीदवारों का ऐलान नहीं किया है।
कई और चेहरे हैं मैदान
यह सीट भले ही आजसू और कांग्रेस के बीच बंटती रही हो लेकिन इस सीट पर पहले भी कई लोगों ने किस्मत आजमाने की कोशिश की है। इस बार भी कई निर्दलीय प्रत्याशियों के साथ- साथ कई लोग मैदान में हैं। झारखंड पार्टी ने संतोष महतो को अपना प्रत्याशी बनाया है। जदयू चुनाव लड़ेगी या नहीं इसे लेकर अबतक स्थिति साफ नहीं है। कई और नामों की चर्चा अभी भी तेज है।
क्या है चुनावी इतिहास
बिहार से अलग होने के बाद पहली बार यहां साल 2005 में विधानसभा चुनाव हुए थे। इस सीट पर सू के चंद्र प्रकाश चौधरी ने जीत हासिल की थी यह जीत 2005, 2009 और 2014 तक कामय रही । साल 2019 में जब चंद्रप्रकाश चौधरी गिरिडीह से सांसद बन गये। अपनी पत्नी सुनीता चौधरी को मैदान में उतारा. मगर इस सीट पर कांग्रेस की ममता देवी ने बाजी मार ली
The preparations for the election battle on the Ramgarh assembly seat have been completed. The candidates have not been announced yet but the faces are almost clear. The Election Commission will issue the notification for the Ramgarh by-election on Tuesday, January 31. After this the process of enrollment will start. Nominations of the candidates will be taken till February 7. Scrutiny will be held on February 8. The last date for withdrawal of nomination is February 10. Voting is on February 27 and counting is on March 2.
Strategy of UPA and NDA
Till now no party has declared its candidate in this election. There is a fight between the two contenders from the Congress side even before the elections. Amit Mahto, brother-in-law of former Congress MLA Mamta Devi, is staking claim on this seat, on the other hand, Mamta Devi’s husband Bajrang Mahto is also ahead in claiming the ticket. Discussion is strong that Bajrang Mahto will be the candidate from Congress only. Now Sunita Chowdhary, wife of MP Chandraprakash Chowdhary, is contesting on this traditional seat of AJSU. UPA and NDA have not yet announced the candidates.

This seat may have been divided between AJSU and Congress, but many people have tried their luck on this seat before. This time also many people are in the fray along with many independent candidates. Jharkhand Party has made Santosh Mahto its candidate. The situation is not yet clear whether JDU will contest the elections or not. Discussion of many more names is still going on.
