खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम के लाभुकों को नहीं मिल रहा लाभ:30695 परिवारों को पिछले 6 महीनों से नहीं मिल रहा अनाज
Under the State Food Security Act, the beneficiaries of the district are not getting food grains since last July. 98,941 members of 30695 families of the district used to get its benefits. Due to non-allocation of food grains for the last 6 months, the beneficiaries are circling the shop. In this scheme, a beneficiary gets 5 kg of food grains per month.
The Government of Jharkhand purchases food grains from the Food Corporation of India and supplies them among the PDS shopkeepers through the godowns of the State Food Corporation. The beneficiaries of the Central Food Security Act get the benefit of Ayushman card and other facilities. Under the State Food Security Act, the Food and Supplies Department issues ration cards to common people when they apply for making ration cards of the public distribution system.
If the food grains given to the beneficiaries of the Central Food Security Scheme are not available in the district, then in such a situation it can be lifted from the warehouse of another district, but there is no such provision in the State Food Security Act. That’s why food grains are not being supplied in the district.
Allocation of food grains to be distributed among the beneficiaries of the State Food Security Act has not been done since July. Shopkeepers had food grains, so food grains have been distributed among 40 percent beneficiaries in November. An assurance has been given by the headquarters to allocate the food grains soon. After that, the distribution of grains from July till now will be done simultaneously.
राज्य खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम के तहत जिला के लाभुकों को पिछले जुलाई से खाद्यान्न नहीं मिला रहा है। जिला के 30695 परिवार के 98,941 सदस्यों को इसका लाभ मिलता था। पिछले 6 माह से खाद्यान्न का आवंटन नहीं होने के कारण लाभुक दुकान का चक्कर लगा रहे हैं। इस योजना में एक लाभुक को प्रति माह 5 किलोग्राम अनाज मिलता है।
झारखंड सरकार भारतीय खाद्य निगम से खाद्यान्न की खरीदारी कर राज्य खाद्य निगम के गोदाम के मार्फत पीडीएस दुकानदारों के बीच आपूर्ति करती है। केंद्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम के लाभुकों को आयुष्मान कार्ड व अन्य सुविधाओं का लाभ मिलता है। जनवितरण प्रणाली का राशन कार्ड बनाने के लिए आम लोग जब आवेदन करते हंै उन्हें राज्य खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम के तहत खाद्य व आपूर्ति विभाग राशनकार्ड जारी करता है।
केंद्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा योजना के लाभुकों के लिए दिए जाने वाला खाद्यान्न जिला में उपलब्ध नहीं है तो एसी स्थिति में दूसरे जिला के गोदाम से उठाव किया जा सकता, पर राज्य खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम में इस तरह का प्रावधान नहीं है। इसलिए जिला में खाद्यान्न की आपूर्ति नहीं हो पा रही है।
^ राज्य खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम के लाभुकों के बीच वितरित किए जाने वाले खाद्यान्न का आवंटन जुलाई से नहीं किया गया है। दुकानदारों के पास खाद्यान्न था, इसलिए नवंबर में 40 प्रतिशत लाभुकों के बीच अनाज का वितरण किया गया है। मुख्यालय की ओर से जल्द ही अनाज का आवंटन करने का भरोसा दिया गया है। उसके बाद जुलाई से अब तक के अनाज का वितरण एक साथ किया जाएगा।
