चांडिल डैम में मनाया गया झारखंड आंदोलनकारी सीताराम शास्त्री का जन्मदिवस
सरायकेला – खरसवां : चांडिल डैम नौका विहार में विस्थापित मुक्ति वाहिनी के सदस्यों द्वारा झारखंड आंदोलनकारी स्वर्गीय सीताराम शास्त्री का जन्मदिवस मनाया गया। इस अवसर पर सीताराम शास्त्री के चित्र पर पुष्प अर्पित कर श्रद्धांजलि दी गई। वहीं, उनकी याद में कुछ क्षण के लिए मौन रखा गया।
इस अवसर पर विस्थापित मुक्ति वाहिनी के वक्ताओं ने कहा कि स्वर्गीय सीताराम शास्त्री झारखंड आंदोलन के प्रणेता थे। वह सिद्धान्तवादी सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता थे। वह झारखंड के उन्नति के बहुत बड़े चिंतक थे। वक्ताओं ने कहा कि सीताराम शास्त्री ने अपना संपूर्ण जीवन झारखंड की भलाई में संघर्ष किया है। उन्होंने झारखंडियों की एकता बना कर आंतरिक उपनिवेश को जड़ से समाप्त करने के लिए कोल्हान में कई महत्वपूर्ण जन आंदोलन की शुरुआत किए थे। राज्य के जल, जंगल, जमीन और प्राकृतिक संसाधनों को कॉरपोरेट घरानों के कब्जे से मुक्त करके यहां के आम – आवाम को अधिकार दिलाने के पक्षधर थे।
शास्त्री जी के माछ, गाछ, चास के मूलमंत्र को आत्मसात करने की जरूरत : नारायण गोप
इस दौरान चांडिल बांध विस्थापित मत्स्यजीवी स्वावलंबी समिति के अध्यक्ष नारायण गोप ने कहा कि स्वर्गीय सीताराम शास्त्री ने माछ – गाछ – चास से होगा झारखंड का विकास का नारा दिया था, उनके इस मूलमंत्र को सभी झारखंडियों को आत्मसात करने की जरूरत है। उन्होंने कहा कि सीताराम शास्त्री ने राज्य में पलायन रोकने तथा पारम्परिक भाषा, संस्कृति और सभ्यता के संरक्षण के लिए अनेकों उपाय बताए हैं, उन उपायों का पालन करके हम अपना अस्तित्व का संरक्षण कर सकते हैं। इस मौके पर श्यामल मार्डी, विश्वनाथ महतो, किरण वीर, कृतिबास महतो, पंचानन महतो, भैरव गोप, सनातन मार्डी, विनोद राजवार, बिश्वजीत महतो, खुदी सिंह सरदार, गोम्हा हांसदा आदि मौजूद थे।
Seraikela-Kharswan: Jharkhand agitator late Sitaram Shastri’s birthday was celebrated by the members of displaced Mukti Vahini at Chandil Dam boating. On this occasion, tribute was paid by offering flowers on the portrait of Sitaram Shastri. At the same time, silence was kept for a few moments in his memory.
On this occasion, the speakers of the displaced Mukti Vahini said that late Sitaram Shastri was the pioneer of the Jharkhand movement. He was a principled social worker. He was a great thinker of progress of Jharkhand. Speakers said that Sitaram Shastri has struggled for the betterment of Jharkhand his whole life. He had started many important mass movements in Kolhan to create unity of Jharkhandis and end the internal colonization from the root. He was in favor of freeing the state’s water, forest, land and natural resources from the possession of corporate houses and giving rights to the common people here.
Need to imbibe Shastriji’s mantra of Maach, Gach, Chaas: Narayan Gop
During this, Narayan Gop, President of Chandil Dam Displaced Matsyajeevi Swavalambi Samiti, said that late Sitaram Shastri had given the slogan of Jharkhand’s development through Machh-Gachh-Chaas se hoga, his mantra needs to be imbibed by all Jharkhandis. He said that Sitaram Shastri has given many measures to stop migration in the state and to preserve the traditional language, culture and civilization, by following those measures we can preserve our existence. Shyamal Mardi, Vishwanath Mahato, Kiran Veer, Kritibas Mahato, Panchanan Mahato, Bhairav Gop, Sanatan Mardi, Vinod Rajwar, Bishwajit Mahato, Khudi Singh Sardar, Gomha Hansda etc were present on this occasion.
