बजट सत्र से पहले ‘ब्रह्मास्त्र’ फेंक मुस्कुरा दिए PM मोदी, अब क्या करेगा विपक्ष?

नई दिल्ली: संसद के बजट सत्र में बीबीसी डॉक्युमेंट्री और गौतम अडानी के मुद्दे पर सरकार को घेरने की रणनीति बना रहे विपक्ष पर पीएम मोदी ने शब्दों का ‘ब्रह्मास्त्र’ फेंका है। सत्र शुरू होने से पहले पीएम मोदी ने विपक्षी सदस्यों से कहा कि राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू का यह पहला उद्बोधन है, इसलिए सदन की उस परंपरा को निभाया जाना चाहिए, जो एक नए सांसद के पहले भाषण पर किया जाता रहा है। इस तरह से देखें तो पीएम ने विपक्ष को नैतिकता के दायरे में बांध दिया है। हालांकि देखना यह होगा कि विपक्षी दलों का संसद में क्या रुख होता है। यह बजट सत्र ऐसे समय में शुरू हो रहा है जब कुछ घंटे पहले ही राहुल गांधी के नेतृत्व में पांच महीने तक चली कांग्रेस की भारत जोड़ो यात्रा कश्मीर में पूरी हुई है।

मोदी ने कहा कि न सिर्फ सांसदों के लिए बल्कि पूरे देश के लिए गौरव का पल है कि भारत की वर्तमान राष्ट्रपति जी का आज पहला उद्बोधन हो रहा है। हमारे संसदीय कार्य में 6-7 दशक से जो परंपराएं विकसित हुई हैं, उन परंपराओं में देखा गया है कि अगर कोई भी नया सांसद जब पहली बार सदन में बोलने के लिए खड़ा होता है तो किसी भी दल का क्यों न हो, जब वह पहली बार बोलता है तो पूरा सदन उन्हें सम्मानित करता है। उनका आत्मविश्वास बढ़े, उस प्रकार से एक अनुकूल वातावरण तैयार करता है। यह उत्तम परंपरा है। आज राष्ट्रपति जी का उद्बोधन भी पहला उद्बोधन है। सभी सांसदों की तरफ से उमंग, उत्साह और ऊर्जा से भरा हुआ आज का ये पल हो, यह हम सबका दायित्व है। पीएम ने कहा कि मुझे विश्वास है कि हम सभी सांसद इस कसौटी पर खरे उतरेंगे।
