सरायकेला।आजादी का अमृत महोत्सव के समापन, देशप्रेम की भावना जागृत करने के उद्देश्य से देशभर में 9 अगस्त से 15 अगस्त तक “मेरी माटी मेरा देश” अभियान चलाया जाएगा।
सरायकेला।आजादी का अमृत महोत्सव के समापन एवं स्वतंत्रता दिवस के मद्देनजर आमजनों में देशप्रेम की भावना जागृत करने के उद्देश्य से देशभर में 9 अगस्त से 15 अगस्त तक “मेरी माटी मेरा देश” अभियान चलाया जाएगा। इसी कड़ी में “मेरी माटी मेरा देश” अभियान को लेकर शनिवार को समाहरणालय के सभागार में उप विकास आयुक्त प्रवीण कुमार गागराई के द्वारा पंचायत प्रतिनिधियों, सभी संबंधित पदाधिकारियों संग बैठक किया गया। बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त ने केंद्र एवं राज्य सरकार से प्राप्त निर्देश के आलोक में बताया कि आजादी का अमृत महोत्सव के समापन एवं स्वतंत्रता दिवस के मद्देनजर आम जनों में राष्ट्र भावना एवं राष्ट्रप्रेम जागृत करने के उद्देश्य से 9 अगस्त से लेकर 15 अगस्त तक जिले के विभिन्न पंचायतों एवं ग्रामों से कलश में मिट्टी एकत्र कर उसे प्रखंड के माध्यम से जिले को भिजवाने को कहा गया एवं मिट्टी एकत्र करते हुए सेल्फी भी लेने को कहा गया। उक्त मिट्टी को कर्तव्य पथ, नई दिल्ली ले जाया जाएगा, जहां देश भर की मिट्टी को एकत्र कर 30 अगस्त को मुख्य कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया जाएगा। जिले से “मेरी माटी मेरा देश” कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाने को लेकर सभी संबंधित पदाधिकारी को आवश्यक निर्देश दिए गए एवं पंचायत के जनप्रतिनिधियों से भी सहयोग करने का अपील किया गया। इस दौरान उप विकास आयुक्त ने कहा कि उक्त कार्यक्रम में जनप्रतिनिधियों एवं सभी संबंधित पदाधिकारी की सहभागिता काफी अहम है।
इस दौरान “मेरी माटी मेरा देश” के अलावे शिलाफल्कम (स्मारक पटिका) का निर्माण, 5 शपथ एवं सेल्फी, वसुधा वंदन, वीरों का वंदन एवं झंडोत्तोलन तथा राष्ट्रगान कार्यक्रम किया जाएगा। पंचायतों में स्थित अमृत सरोवर के चारों ओर 75 स्वदेशी वृक्षारोपण कर अमृत वाटिका बनाने की भी बात कही गई। यदि किसी पंचायत में अमृत सरोवर का निर्माण नहीं किया गया है तो जल स्रोत वाले स्थान पर अमृत वाटिका का विस्थापन करने को कहा गया। अमृत वाटिका में वीर शहीदों की याद में एक शिलाफल्कम (स्मारक पटिका) का निर्माण करने को कहा गया। साथ हीं 13,14 एवं 15 अगस्त को हर घर, सरकारी-गैर सरकारी सभी कार्यालयों एवं संस्थान में तिरंगा फहराने एवं राष्ट्रगान का अपील किया गया। उन्होंने कहा कि देश प्रेम से बड़ा और कोई प्रेम नहीं है इसलिए ईमानदारी पूर्वक एक मुहिम के तहत उक्त कार्यों को देश प्रेम की भावना से करने की आवश्यकता है।बैठक में सभी पंचायत प्रतिनिधि, परियोजना निदेशक आईटी डीएसपी संदीप कुमार दुराईबरू, जिला-भू-अर्जन पदाधिकारी सरोज तिर्की, जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी, जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी, जिला पंचायती राज पदाधिकारी धनवीर लकड़ा, जिला जनसंपर्क पदाधिकारी, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक, सामान्य शाखा उप समाहर्ता एवं अन्य संबंधित उपस्थित थे।

In the meeting, in the light of the instructions received from the Central and State Government, the Deputy Development Commissioner told that in view of the end of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav and Independence Day, with the aim of awakening national spirit and patriotism among the common people, from August 9 to August 15, Various panchayats and villages were asked to collect soil in the urn and send it to the district through the block and also asked to take a selfie while collecting the soil. The said soil will be taken to Kartavya Path, New Delhi, where the main program will be organized on August 30 by collecting soil from all over the country. Necessary instructions were given to all the concerned officials to make the “Meri Mati Mera Desh” program successful in the district and an appeal was also made to cooperate with the people’s representatives of the panchayat. During this, the Deputy Development Commissioner said that the participation of public representatives and all concerned officials in the said program is very important.
During this, apart from “Meri Mati Mera Desh”, construction of Shilafalkam (memorial plaque), 5 oaths and selfies, Vasudha Vandan, Viron Ka Vandan and flag hoisting and national anthem program will be done. It was also talked about making Amrit Vatika by planting 75 indigenous trees around the Amrit Sarovar located in the Panchayats. If Amrit Sarovar has not been constructed in any panchayat, then Amrit Vatika was asked to be shifted to a place having water source. A Shilafalkam (memorial plaque) was asked to be constructed in the memory of the brave martyrs in Amrit Vatika. Along with this, on August 13, 14 and 15, an appeal was made to hoist the tricolor and sing the national anthem in every house, government and non-government offices and institutions. He said that there is no other love greater than patriotism, therefore, under a sincere campaign, the above works should be carried out in the spirit of patriotism. All panchayat representatives in the meeting, Project Director IT DSP Sandeep Kumar Duraibaru, District Land Acquisition Officer Saroj Tirkey, District Education Officer, District Transport Officer, District Panchayati Raj Officer Dhanveer Lakda, District Public Relations Officer, District Education Superintendent, General Branch Deputy Collector and other concerned were present.
