सरायकेला-खरसावां जिले के कपाली नगर परिषद क्षेत्र के सड़कों की स्थिति जर्जर है आए दिन स्कूली बच्चों से लेकर आने-जाने वाले लोग दुर्घटनाओं का शिकार होते रहते हैं।इस क्षेत्र की ज्यादातर सड़के निर्माणाधीन है लेकिन पिछले कई महीनौ से निर्माण कार्य चल रहा है।

दो दिन से गिर रहे पानी से स्थिति और बद से बदतर हो गई है आने-जाने वाले लोगों को कठिनाई का सामना करना पड़ता है। ठेकेदार समय पर कार्य को पूरा नहीं कर रहे हैं। स्थानीय निवासी शरद दास ने बताया की इस क्षेत्र का कोई भी जनप्रतिनिधि इनकी शुध लेने वाला नहीं है। जब से कपाली को नगर परिषद घोषित किया गया है तब से स्थिति और जर्जर होती नजर आ रही है इससे तो अच्छा ग्राम पंचायत ही था। अब यहां की जनता जाए तो जाए कहां।

वही से गुजर रहे राहगीर मोहम्मद दानिश ने बताया कपाली आने से बहुत ही कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ता है जैसे कपाली से लौट के जाइए तो वॉशिंग सेंटर में पहले गाड़ी वाशिंग करवाइए फिर गाड़ी को चेक करिए कहीं कुछ टूट तो नहीं गया बोले तो कपाली की सडके की स्थिति पूरा जर्जर हालत पर है जनप्रतिनिधियों द्वारा इसका ध्यान देना चाहिए
