Hemant Soren News: जमानत के लिए अब हाईकोर्ट पहुंचे हेमंत सोरेन, जल्द सुनवाई की मांग
Hemant Soren News: झारखंड के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन एक बार फिर झारखंड हाईकोर्ट पहुंचे हैं. उन्होंने जमानत की अर्जी लगाई है. साथ ही जल्द सुनवाई की भी मांग की है.
Hemant Soren News: सुप्रीम कोर्ट से जमानत याचिका वापस लेने के बाद झारखंड के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन ने अब झारखंड हाईकोर्ट का रुख किया है. झारखंड मुक्ति मोर्चा (झामुमो) के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष ने हाईकोर्ट में सोमवार (22 मई) को जमानत याचिका दाखिल की.
Hemant Soren की याचिका लोअर कोर्ट में हो चुकी है खारिज
हेमंत सोरेन ने अपने वकील के माध्यम से दाखिल जमानत याचिका दाखिल की है. इसके पहले उन्होंने लोअर कोर्ट से आग्रह किया था कि उन्हें जमानत दी जाए, लेकिन उनकी याचिका खारिज हो गई थी. इसके बाद हेमंत सोरेन झारखंड हाईकोर्ट पहुंचे और कहा कि प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) की ओर से की गई उनकी (हेमंत सोरेन की) गिरफ्तारी अवैध है.
हाईकोर्ट में सुनवाई के बीच झामुमो नेता पहुंचे थे सुप्रीम कोर्ट
इस मामले में सुनवाई के बाद झारखंड हाईकोर्ट ने फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया था. इसी बीच, हेमंत सोरेन सुप्रीम कोर्ट पहुंचे और जमानत देने का आग्रह किया. हेमंत सोरेन के वकील और ईडी के वकील की दलीलें सुनने के बाद सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इस बात पर नाराजगी जताई कि सीनियर एडवोकेट कपिल सिब्बल ने केस से जुड़े तथ्य छुपाए हैं. इसलिए जज ने कहा कि वह याचिका को खारिज करने जा रहे हैं. इस पर कपिल सिब्बल ने अपनी गलती स्वीकार करते हुए याचिका वापस लेने की अनुमति देने का आग्रह किया. कोर्ट ने उन्हें याचिका वापस लेने की अनुमति दे दी.
31 जनवरी 2024 को ईडी ने हेमंत सोरेन को किया था गिरफ्तार
अब हेमंत सोरेन ने हाईकोर्ट में याचिका दाखिल करके जमानत की मांग की है. बता दें कि 31 जनवरी 2024 को लंबी पूछताछ के बाद हेमंत सोरेन को ईडी ने कथित जमीन घोटाला मामले में गिरफ्तार कर लिया था. बता दें कि दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल को चुनाव प्रचार के लिए जमानत मिली, तो हेमंत सोरेन ने भी इसी आधार पर जमानत की मांग की. लेकिन उनको राहत नहीं मिली.

Hemant Soren’s petition has been rejected in the lower court
Hemant Soren has filed the bail petition through his lawyer. Earlier, he had requested the lower court to grant him bail, but his petition was rejected. After this, Hemant Soren reached Jharkhand High Court and said that his (Hemant Soren) arrest made by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) is illegal.
JMM leaders reached Supreme Court amid hearing in High Court
After hearing in this case, Jharkhand High Court had reserved its decision. Meanwhile, Hemant Soren reached the Supreme Court and requested for bail. After hearing the arguments of Hemant Soren’s lawyer and ED’s lawyer, the Supreme Court expressed displeasure that senior advocate Kapil Sibal has hidden the facts related to the case. Therefore the judge said that he is going to dismiss the petition. On this, Kapil Sibal accepted his mistake and requested for permission to withdraw the petition. The court allowed him to withdraw the petition.
ED arrested Hemant Soren on 31 January 2024
Now Hemant Soren has filed a petition in the High Court demanding bail. Let us tell you that on January 31, 2024, after a long interrogation, Hemant Soren was arrested by the ED in the alleged land scam case. Let us tell you that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal got bail for election campaign, while Hemant Soren also demanded bail on the same basis. But he did not get relief.
