दिल्ली शराब घोटाला: मानहानि मामले में आतिशी को समन, ईडी की चार्जशीट पर निर्णय सुरक्षित
दिल्ली शराब घोटाला मामले में ईडी की चार्जशीट पर कोर्ट ने फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया है, तो एक अन्य मामले में कोर्ट ने दिल्ली की मंत्री आतिशी को समन जारी कर 29 मई को बुलाया है.

दिल्ली की राऊज एवेन्यू कोर्ट के एसीएमएम ने दिल्ली भाजपा के मीडिया विभाग के प्रमुख प्रवीण शंकर कपूर द्वारा दिल्ली की मंत्री आतिशी और मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल के खिलाफ दायर मानहानि के मुकदमे को स्वीकार कर लिया. दिल्ली की राऊज एवेन्यू कोर्ट ने भाजपा प्रवक्ता प्रवीण शंकर कपूर द्वारा दायर मानहानि मामले के संबंध में दिल्ली की मंत्री आतिशी को 29 जून को पेश होने के लिए बुलाया है.
कोर्ट ने केजरीवाल के खिलाफ ईडी के आरोप पत्र पर फैसला सुरक्षित रखा
दिल्ली की एक अदालत ने मंगलवार को आबकारी नीति से जुड़े धन शोधन मामले में मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल के खिलाफ ईडी द्वारा दाखिल चार्जशीट पर संज्ञान लेने के संबंध में फैसला 4 जून के लिए सुरक्षित रख लिया. विशेष न्यायाधीश कावेरी बावेजा ने प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) की दलीलें सुनने के बाद अपना आदेश सुरक्षित रख लिया. एजेंसी ने कहा कि आरोपी के खिलाफ मुकदमा चलाने के लिए पर्याप्त सबूत हैं. ईडी ने आरोप पत्र में आम आदमी पार्टी को भी आरोपी बनाया है.

मालूम हो बीजेपी नेता प्रवीण शंकर ने 30 अप्रैल को आप नेता और दिल्ली की मंत्री आतिशी और मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल के खिलाफ मानहानि का मामला दर्ज कराया था. याचिका में बीजेपी नेता ने दावा किया था कि इस तरह के आरोपों से उनकी और उनकी पार्टी की प्रतिष्ठा को नुकसान पहुंचा है

The ACMM of Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court accepted the defamation case filed by Delhi BJP’s media department head Praveen Shankar Kapoor against Delhi Minister Atishi and Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court has summoned Delhi Minister Atishi to appear on June 29 in connection with the defamation case filed by BJP spokesperson Praveen Shankar Kapoor.
Court reserves verdict on ED’s charge sheet against Kejriwal
A Delhi court on Tuesday reserved for June 4 the decision regarding taking cognizance of the charge sheet filed by ED against Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in a money laundering case related to excise policy. Special Judge Kaveri Baweja reserved her order after hearing the arguments of the Enforcement Directorate (ED). The agency said that there is enough evidence to prosecute the accused. ED has also made Aam Aadmi Party an accused in the charge sheet.
BJP leader had filed a defamation case against Atishi and Kejriwal on April 30.
It is known that BJP leader Praveen Shankar had filed a defamation case against AAP leader and Delhi Minister Atishi and Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on April 30. In the petition, the BJP leader had claimed that such allegations have damaged his and his party’s reputation.
