प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के संबोधन के बीच विपक्ष का हंगामा जारी रहा। पीएम मोदी ने शोर-शराबे के बीच यह कहा कि हमारे लिए संविधान केवल नियम-कायदों का संग्रह नहीं है, हम उसके हर शब्द पर भरोसा करते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारे देश की अर्थव्यवस्था लगातार आगे बढ़ रही है और झूठ फैलाने वालों के अंदर सच सुनने की ताकत नहीं है। पीएम मोदी ने विपक्ष को उच्च सदन की परंपराओं का अपमान करने के लिए भी उन्हें घेरा। उन्होंने विपक्ष को हमला करते हुए कहा कि मैदान छोड़कर भाग जाना ही उनकी किस्मत है।
विपक्ष के कार्यशैली पर विश्वास नहीं है, हम परिश्रम में विश्वास करते हैं।
प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि इस चुनाव में देश की जनता ने हमें 10 वर्षों की सिद्धियों को मुहर लगाने के साथ-साथ भविष्य के संकल्पों के लिए भी चुना है। उन्होंने विश्वास दिलाया कि हम अपने परिश्रम से देश को विश्व की सबसे बड़ी अर्थव्यवस्था में बदलेंगे। आगामी पांच वर्ष गरीबों के नाम पर रहेंगे, हम उनके कल्याण के लिए काम करेंगे और गरीबी के खिलाफ लड़ाई लड़ेंगे।
बाबा साहेब का संविधान हमें सेवा का मौका दिया है।
प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि यह बाबा साहेब के संविधान की खूबी है कि हमें लगातार 10 साल जनता की सेवा करने का मौका मिला. हमारा संविधान हमारे लिए लाइट हाउस का काम करता है, वह हमारा मार्गदर्शक है. जब हमने 26 को संविधान बनाने की घोषणा की थी, तो वे लोग जो सदन में संविधान दिखाते रहते हैं, उन्होंने इसका विरोध किया था. हमारी कोशिश यह है कि संविधान के प्रति सबका सम्मान और जानकारी रहे. हम यह चाहते हैं कि देश के कोने-कोने में संविधान की भावना को पहुंचाया जाए. मंगलवार को लोकसभा में चर्चा का जवाब दिया था. पीएमओ ने इस संबंध में एक्स पर एक पोस्ट लिखकर जानकारी दी है. वे राष्ट्रपति के अभिभाषण पर धन्यवाद प्रस्ताव पर चर्चा में हिस्सा लेंगे. राज्यसभा में चर्चा की शुरुआत 28 जून को बीजेपी के सुधांशु त्रिवेदी ने की थी.
उम्मीद है कि पीएम मोदी का संबोधन नीट परीक्षा, मुद्रास्फीति, और अग्निवीर योजना जैसे मुद्दों पर केंद्रित होगा। विपक्ष मंगलवार को यूपी के हाथरस में हुई दुर्घटना का मुद्दा भी उठा सकता है। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने मंगलवार को विपक्ष के नेता राहुल गांधी पर कठोर आलोचना की थी और उन्हें बालक बुद्धि का ठहाका लगाया था। उन्होंने कहा कि वे ओबीसी वर्ग के लोगों को चोर बता चुके हैं, और यह भी भूल चुके हैं कि वे जमानत पर बाहर हैं। संभावना है कि वे आज भी कांग्रेस पार्टी पर हमला करें।
