RBI’s award to students from Kuchai

भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक द्वारा आयोजित “वित्तीय साक्षरता पर अखिल भारतीय क्विज प्रतियोगिता में उत्कृष्ट प्रर्दशन के लिए कुचाई प्रखण्ड के उत्क्रमित उच्च विद्यालय अरुवां के छात्र पंकज एवं साहिल को प्रशस्ति पत्र, मोमेंटो एवं 3000 रूपये की पुरस्कार राशि प्राप्त हुई । विद्यालय परिवार की ओर से इन बच्चों को बधाई दी गई। विदित हो वित्तीय साक्षरता नीति निर्माताओं के लिए एक फोकस क्षेत्र के रूप में उभरा है फलस्वरूप वित्तीय रूप से जागरुक और सशक्त भारत बनाने की दृष्टि के साथ विभिन्न उपाय किए जा रहे हैं। भारत ने G20 की अध्यक्षता भी संभाली है। इसी उद्देश्य से भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक द्वारा कक्षा 8,9 एवं 10 के छात्रों के लिए प्रखण्ड स्तर पर एक अखिल भारतीय प्रश्नोत्तरी का अयोजन किया गया। क्विज के कवरेज में रिजर्व बैंक ऑफ इण्डिया वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध वित्तीय शिक्षा सामग्री से संबंधित सामग्री और G20 सहित बैंकिंग, वित्तीय क्षेत्र और अर्थव्यवस्था से संबंधित वर्तमान विषय शामिल थे।

Pankaj and Sahil, students of Uttamrit High School, Aruwan, Kuchai Block, received a citation, momento and prize money of
Rs.3000 for their excellent performance in the "All India Quiz Competition on Financial Literacy" organized by the 
Reserve Bank of India.These children were congratulated on behalf of the school family. Be aware that financial literacy has 
emerged as a focus area for policy makers as a result of which various measures are being taken with a view to create a 
financially aware and empowered India. India has also taken over the presidency of the G20.For this purpose, an all India quiz 
was organized by the Reserve Bank of India at the block level for the students of classes 8, 9 and 10. The coverage of the quiz 
included material related to financial education material available on the Reserve Bank of India website and current topics
 related to banking, financial sector and economy including G20.
