चॉकलेट चोरी का आरोप में स्टोर मैनेजर ने मारा था किशोर को थप्पड़,कीटनाशक खाकर दे दी थी जान,CCTV आया सामने

बिहार के बेतिया में 12 साल का छात्र 2 मई को स्मार्ट प्वाइंट शॉपिंग मॉल में गया। वहां स्टोर मैनेजर ने बच्चे पर चॉकलेट चोरी का आरोप लगाकर उसकी पिटाई की। मैनेजर ने उसकी बैग और साइकिल भी अपने पास रख ली। मॉल से निकलने के बाद किशोर एक दुकान पर गया। वहां से कीटनाशक खरीदी और उसे खाकर आत्महत्या कर ली।मामला चनपटिया थाना क्षेत्र के टिकुलिया चौकी का है। मृतक छात्र की पहचान निजी स्कूल के छठी कक्षा के छात्र राजा बाबू के रूप में हुई थी। चीनी मिल ग्राउंड में छात्र का शव पड़ा मिला था। शव के पास से कीटनाशक की शीशी भी बरामद हुई थी। राजा के मुंह से झाग निकल रहा था। स्टोर में उसके साथ जो भी हुआ उसका सीसीटीवी फुटेज मंगलवार 9 मई को सामने आया है।जो सीसीटीवी फुटेज सामने आया है वह 42 सेकंड का है। वीडियो में साफ दिख रहा कि मैनेजर पवन दुबे ने टेबल पर एक चॉकलेट रखी है। अंदर ऑफिस में बैठ कर मृतक छात्र राजा बाबू से पूछताछ कर रहा। बच्चा भी उसके सामने सफाई दे रहा। इसके बाद मैनेजर ने उसे तीन से चार थप्पड़ मारी है। इस दौरान वहां एक गार्ड भी मौजूद है। मैनेजर ने उसकी साइकिल और बैग भी अपने पास रख ली।

बता दें कि मॉल के कर्मियों ने उसके पिता मुकेश यादव को कॉल भी किया था। कहा था कि आपके बेटे ने चॉकलेट चुराई है। आप मॉल आ जाएं, लेकिन 2 मई को करीब 4 बजे उनको सूचना मिली थी कि उनके लड़के का शव चनपटिया स्टेशन के सामने रेलवे ट्रैक के पास पड़ा है। इसके बाद पिता ने उसी दिन मॉल के मैनेजर पवन दुबे और अन्य दो लोगों के खिलाफ आत्महत्या के लिए उकसाने और बच्चे को प्रताड़ित करने का आरोप लगाकर एफआईआर दर्ज कराई थी।

पुलिस के हाथ मंगलवार को सीसीटीवी लगा है। आशंका जताई जा रही कि छात्र ने इसी घटना के कारण जहर खाकर जान दी है। स्टोर मैनेजर घटना के बाद से फरार है। पुलिस फिलहाल स्टोर मैनेजर को खोज रही है।

इधर, सदर एसडीपीओ महताब आलम ने बताया कि मृतक राजा बाबू गोपालपुर थाना क्षेत्र के बकुलहर मीना टोला गांव निवासी मुकेश यादव का पुत्र था। जहर खाने से उसकी मौत हुई है। राजाबाबू पर स्मार्ट पॉइन्ट मॉल से चोरी छिपे चॉकलेट उठा लेने का आरोप था। मॉल के कर्मियों ने उसके पिता को फोन लगाया, लेकिन फोन रिसीव नहीं हुआ। कर्मियों ने राजाबाबू का स्कूल बैग और साइकिल रख लिया। संभवतः इसी कारण राजा बाबू ने जहर खाकर जान दी है।उन्होंने बताया कि इस घटना का एक सीसीटीवी फुटेज मिला है। मॉल का स्टोर मैनेजर पवन दुबे छात्र से पूछताछ करते हुए उसे मार पीट रहा है। पूरे मामले की जांच की जा रही है। जल्द ही आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया जाएगा।

स्टोर मैनेजर और अन्य के खिलाफ प्राथमिकी दर्ज

छात्र राजा बाबू के पिता की शिकायत पर चनपटिया थाना में 2 मई को ही एफआईआर दर्ज हुई थी। स्मार्ट पॉइंट मॉल के स्टोर मैनेजर पवन दुबे और अन्य को आरोपित किया गया है। थानाध्यक्ष मनीष कुमार ने बताया कि पवन दुबे शिकारपुर थाना के हरसरी परैनिया गांव के निवासी विजय दुबे का पुत्र है। गिरफ्तारी के भय से वह फरार हो गया है।

The CCTV footage of what happened to him in the store has come to the fore on Tuesday, May 9. The CCTV footage that has come to the fore is of 42 seconds. It is clearly visible in the video that manager Pawan Dubey has placed a chocolate on the table. Sitting inside the office, the deceased student was interrogating Raja Babu. The child was also giving clarification in front of him. After this the manager slapped him three to four times. During this time a guard is also present there. The manager also kept his cycle and bag with him.

Tell that the workers of the mall had also called his father Mukesh Yadav. It was said that your son has stolen the chocolate. You may come to the mall, but on May 2, at around 4 pm, he was informed that his son’s body was lying near the railway track in front of Chanpatia station. After this, the father lodged an FIR on the same day against mall manager Pawan Dubey and two other people alleging abetment to suicide and torturing the child.

Police got CCTV in their hands on Tuesday. It is feared that the student has died by consuming poison due to this incident. The store manager is absconding since the incident. Police is currently searching for the store manager.

Here, Sadar SDPO Mahtab Alam told that the deceased Raja Babu was the son of Mukesh Yadav, a resident of Bakulhar Meena Tola village of Gopalpur police station area. He has died by consuming poison. Rajababu was accused of secretly picking up chocolates from Smart Point Mall. The mall personnel called her father, but the phone was not received. The personnel kept Rajababu’s school bag and cycle. A CCTV footage has been found. Mall’s store manager Pawan Dubey is beating the student while questioning him. The entire matter is being investigated. Soon the accused will be arrested.

FIR lodged against store manager and others

On the complaint of the father of student Raja Babu, an FIR was registered in Chanpatia police station on May 2 itself. Pawan Dubey, store manager of Smart Point Mall, and others have been charged. Station Head Manish Kumar said that Pawan Dubey is the son of Vijay Dubey, a resident of Harsari Parania village of Shikarpur police station. Fearing arrest, he has absconded.
