कुचाई प्रखंड मुख्यालय में पीएम आवास की हुई समीक्षात्मक बैठक 30 जून तक पूर्ण करने का दिया निर्देश
कुचाई प्रखंड मुख्यालय में प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना पर एक समीक्षात्मक की बैठक डीआरडीए के परियोजना पदाधिकारी विपिन कुमार सिन्हा, जिला सामान्यवक सत्यवान कुमार, प्रखंड सामान्यवक बिना बाकिरा की उपस्थिति में की गई। इस बैठक में कुचाई प्रखंड के विभिन्न पंचायतों में प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना का बारी-बारी से समीक्षा किया गया। प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना की समीक्षा में पाया गया कुचाई प्रखंड में वर्ष 2016 से वर्ष 2022 तक 4202 प्रधानमंत्री आवास बनानें की स्वीकृती दी गई। जिसमें से 4018 आवास निर्माण कार्य पूर्ण हो चुका है। जो की 95‐6 प्रतिशत पूर्ण है। जबकि 184 पीएम आवास अधुरा पड़ा है। जिससे आगामी 30 जुन तक पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया है। मौके पर श्री सिन्हा ने कहा कि आवास को ससमय पूर्ण कराये। जो लाभुक जान-बुझकर आवास निर्माण कार्य पूर्ण नही कर रहे है या आवास की राशि अन्य कार्य में खर्च कर निर्माण कार्य नही करा रहे है। वैसे पुरानी प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के लाभुक है। वे जल्द से जल्द आवास निर्माण कार्य पूर्ण करे। अन्यथा कानूनी कारवाई की जाएगी। उन्होने कहा कि सभी पंचायत सचिव, पंचायत स्वयसेवक, जन सेवक अपने क्षेत्र में चल रहे निर्माणाधीन आवास को पूर्ण करवाएं और उसकी जानकारी दे। सरकार आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग के लोगों को घर दिलाने के लिए प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना की शुरूआत हुई थी। इस बैठक में मुख्य रूप से डीआरडीए के परियोजना पदाधिकारी विपिन कुमार सिन्हा, जिला सामान्यवक सत्यवान कुमार, प्रखंड सामान्यवक बिना बाकिरा, लेखापाल लक्ष्मी सोय,सहित पंचायत सचिव,स्वयंसेवक व आवास मित्र आदि उपस्थित थें।
A review meeting on Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana was held at Kuchai Block Headquarters in the presence of DRDA Project Officer Vipin Kumar Sinha, District General Secretary Satyawan Kumar, Block General Secretary Bina Bakira. In this meeting, the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana was reviewed in turn in various panchayats of Kuchai block. It was found in the review of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana that approval was given to build 4202 Prime Minister’s houses from the year 2016 to the year 2022 in Kuchai block. Out of which 4018 houses have been completed. Which is 95-6 percent complete. While 184 PM housing is lying incomplete. Due to which instructions have been given to complete it by June 30. On the occasion, Mr. Sinha said that the house should be completed on time. The beneficiaries who are deliberately not completing the construction work of the house or are not getting the construction work done by spending the amount of the house in other works. By the way, he is a beneficiary of the old Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. They should complete the house construction work as soon as possible. Otherwise legal action will be taken. He said that all panchayat secretaries, panchayat volunteers and public servants should get the houses under construction completed in their area and inform about it. The government started the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana to provide houses to the economically weaker sections. DRDA Project Officer Vipin Kumar Sinha, District General Manager Satyawan Kumar, Block General Manager Bina Bakira, Accountant Lakshmi Soy, along with Panchayat Secretary, Volunteers and Awas Mitra etc were present in this meeting.
