कंस्ट्रक्शन कंपनियों से पैसा वसूली करने वाले गिरोह के चार सदस्यों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है।

चाईबासा:- नकली नक्सली बन कर ठेकेदारों से लेवी की वसूली करने वाले गिरोह का भंडाफोड करते हुए चार अपराधी को गिरफ्तार करने में भी सफलता हासिल की है। इस संबंध में जानकारी देते हुए पुलिस अधीक्षक आशुतोष शेखर ने कहा कि नकली नक्सली बन कर चक्रधरपुर व सोनुवा थाना क्षेत्र में कंस्ट्रक्शन कंपनियों से पैसा वसूली करने वाले गिरोह के चार सदस्यों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है। इसमें जितेन हांसदा उर्फ अविनाश हांसदा, ग्राम चित्पिल, थाना टोकलो। सुभाष दोराई ग्राम लाण्डुपदा, थाना कराइकेला। साधुचरण सुम्बरुई उफ दिकु, ग्राम सोमरा, थाना चक्रधरपुर व मानकी जामुदा उर्फ भोला, ग्राम बाइका, थाना मुफस्सिल चाईबासा को गिररफ्तार किया गया है। एसपी ने कहा कि चक्रधरपुर थाना अंतर्गत एमएस चंडेल कंस्ट्रक्शसन कम्पनी द्वारा जारकी से परम जारकी मिडिल हाई स्कूल के पास ब्राह्मणी नदी पर एक पुलिया का निर्माण किया जा रहा था। कम्पनी के जारकी स्थित निर्माण स्थल पर बने कैंप पर 24 अप्रैल को रात्रि करीब एक बजे अज्ञात 7 व्यक्ति हथियार के साथ कैम्प में घूसकर कम्पनी के स्टाफ को जान मारने की धमकी दिया गया। उक्त सातों अज्ञात माओवादी नक्सली की ओर से प्रेषित एक नक्सली पर्चा कम्पनी स्टाफ को देकर काम बंद करने एवं काम करने के बदले लाखों रूपये की मांग किया गया। वहीं 4 मई को रात्रि में 8-10 अज्ञात अपराधियों द्वारा गोविन्दपुर पंचायत भवन में ठहरे एमएस अविनाश कम्पनी के मजदूरों को हरवे- हथियार से लैस होकर माओवादी नक्सली संगठन के नाम पर लेवी लेने के लिए धमकी देते हुए नक्सली पर्चा दिये। वहीं काम बंद करने की धमकी देते हुए पांच लाख रूपये लेवी के रूप में मांग किये। इन दोनों कांड को देखते हुए संवेदकों की सुरक्षा एवं काण्ड के उद्यभेदन के लिए सहायक पुलिस अधीक्षक सह अनुमण्डल पुलिस पदाधिकारी कपील चौधरी के नेतृत्व में सोनुवा ,चक्रधरपुर, कराईकला एवं मुफ्फसिल थाना के पुलिस पदाधिकारियों की टीम बना कर छापेमारी की गई। जिमसें जितेन हांसदा उर्फ अविनाश हांसदा, सुभाष दोराई, साधुचरण सुमरूई उर्फ दिकु और मानकी जामुदा उर्फ भोला को गिरफ्तार किया गया। इनके पास से घटना में प्रयुक्त पांच मोबाईल एवं सात सिम बरामद की गई। इनके निशानदेही पर घटना में प्रयुक्त एक देशी पिस्टल, तीन मोटरसाईकिल, दो नक्सली पर्चा, दो लोहे का बैरल आदी जप्त की गई। एसपी ने कहा कि गिरफ्तार अभियुक्तों ने दोनों घटना में अपनी संलिप्ता स्वीकार कर लिया है। यह गिरोह नकली नक्सली बन कर ठेकेदारों से लेवी का पैसा वसूलने का कार्य करने की तैयारी में लगे थे। इनके साथ चार अन्य साथी भी शामिल है, जिनकी गिरफ्तारी के लिए छापामारी की जा रही है। गिरफ्तार अभियुक्त में से जितेन हांसदा उर्फ अविनाश हांसदा का अपराधिक इतिहास रहा है। उनके विरुद्ध विभिन्न थाना में सात मामले दर्ज हैं। छापामारी टीम में सोनुवा थाना प्रभारी रामप्रवेश कुमार राय, पंकज कुमार, रामसुरत यादव, प्रभारी तकनीकि शाखा चाईबासा राकेस खवास, विवेक पाल, सुरेन्द्र कुमार, पवन कुमार पाठक, पिंटू कुमार, सत्यम कुमार, तारकनाथ सिंह, मनकु कच्छप, प्रकाश किस्कू, प्रधान किस्कू, नमयन भेंगरा, सुधीर प्रधान, एरिक डुंगडुंग समेत अन्य जवान शामिल थे।

The SP said that a culvert was being constructed on the Brahmani river near Jarki to Param Jarki Middle High School by MS Chandel Construction Company under Chakradharpur police station. On April 24 at around one o’clock in the night, 7 unknown persons barged into the camp with weapons and threatened to kill the company’s staff at the company’s construction site at Jarki. A Naxalite pamphlet sent by the said seven unknown Maoist Naxalites was given to the company staff and a demand of lakhs of rupees was made in lieu of stopping the work and working. On the other hand, on the night of 4th May, 8-10 unknown criminals gave Naxalite leaflets to the laborers of MS Avinash company staying in Govindpur Panchayat Bhawan armed with weapons and threatening them to take levy in the name of Maoist Naxalite organization. While threatening to stop the work, demanded five lakh rupees as levy. In view of these two incidents, a team of police officers of Sonuva, Chakradharpur, Karaikala and Muffsil police station was raided under the leadership of Assistant Superintendent of Police cum Sub-Divisional Police Officer Kapil Chaudhary for the protection of the sensors and for the investigation of the case. In which Jiten Hansda alias Avinash Hansda, Subhash Dorai, Sadhucharan Sumrui alias Diku and Manki Jamuda alias Bhola were arrested. Five mobiles and seven SIMs used in the incident were recovered from them. At his instance, a country-made pistol, three motorcycles, two Naxalite pamphlets, two iron barrels etc. were seized. The SP said that the arrested accused He has accepted his involvement in both the incidents. These gangs were preparing to do the work of collecting levy money from the contractors by becoming fake Naxalites. Four other accomplices are also involved with them, whose arrest is being raided. Among the arrested accused, Jiten Hansda alias Avinash Hansda has a criminal history. Seven cases are registered against him in different police stations. In the raid team, Sonuva police station in-charge Rampravesh Kumar Rai, Pankaj Kumar, Ramsurat Yadav, in-charge technical branch Chaibasa Rakes Khawas, Vivek Pal, Surendra Kumar, Pawan Kumar Pathak, Pintu Kumar, Satyam Kumar, Taraknath Singh, Manku Kachhap, Prakash Kisku, Pradhan Kisku , Namayan Bhengra, Sudhir Pradhan, Eric Dungdung and other jawans were involved.
