ए आई यू टी यू सी तथा ए आई के के एम एस द्वारा बिहार स्पंज श्रमिक संगठन द्वारा चलाए जा रहे धरना को दिया गया समर्थन
सरायकेला :ऑल इंडिया यूनाइटेड ट्रेड यूनियन सेंटर (ए आई यू टी यू सी) तथा ऑल इंडिया किसान खेत मजदूर संगठन (ए आई के के एम एस) द्वारा बिहार स्पोंज श्रमिक संगठन द्वारा चलाए जा रहे धरना को समर्थन दिया गया।
लड़ाई में साथ ओर हर संभव सहयोग करने का आश्वासन भी दिया। आज धरना का पांचवा दिन चल रहा है।
धरना पर बैठे लोगो को संबोधित करते हुए एआईयूटीयूसी के झारखंड राज्य कमेटी सदस्य आशीष कुमार धर ने कहा की श्रमिक संगठन की मांगे जायज है।
आंदोलन को और तेज करना होगा तथा कानूनी लड़ाई भी लड़ना पड़ेगा,तभी चलकर हमारे हक अधिकार मिलेगा ।
*हमारे मांगे:*
1. कंपनी के स्थाई आदेशानुसार कंडिका 16 क के अनुसार मजदूरी का भुगतान करना होगा।
2. अगस्त 2013 कि 9 दिन का बकाया मजदूरी का भुगतान करना होगा।
3. 2013 के बोनस व एलटीए का भुगतान करना होगा।
4. पूर्व में कार्यरत स्थाई मजदूरों को पूर्ण योगदान दिनांक 17/12/2021 को श्रम अधीक्षक सरायकेला खरसावां की उपस्थिति में किए गए त्रिपक्षीय वार्ता का अनुपालन करना होगा।
5. कंपनी द्वारा प्रभावित गांव के ग्रामीणों को रोजगार में प्राथमिकता देना होगा।
धरना में सहयोग देने में पहुंचे
आशुदेव महतो (जिला सचिव, एआईकेकेएमएस), लिली दास (एआईयूटीयूसी), अनंत कुमार महतो, हराधन महतो, धनपति गोप आदि लोग उपस्थित थे।
Seraikela: All India United Trade Union Center (AIUTUC) and All India Kisan Khet Mazdoor Sangathan (AIKKMS) extended support to the dharna being run by Bihar Sponge Shramik Sangathan.
Also assured of all possible cooperation in the fight. Today the fifth day of the strike is going on.
Addressing the people sitting on the dharna, AIUTUC’s Jharkhand State Committee member Ashish Kumar Dhar said that the demands of labor organization are justified.
The movement will have to be intensified and a legal battle will also have to be fought, only then we will get our rights.
*Our demands:*
1. Wages will have to be paid as per clause 16A as per the standing order of the company.
2. The arrears of wages for 9 days of August 2013 will have to be paid.
3. Bonus and LTA of 2013 will have to be paid.
4. Full contribution to the permanent laborers working in the past will have to comply with the tripartite talks held on 17/12/2021 in the presence of Labor Superintendent Seraikela Kharsawan.
5. The villagers of the affected village will have to be given priority in employment by the company.
