खरसावां में पीडीएस दुकानदारों की बैठक, मांगें पूरी नहीं होने पर आंदोलन करने का निर्णय, समय पर हमारी मांगें पूरी नहीं हुईं, तो हम राशन वितरण को कर देगें ठप-फुलकांत झा
खरसावां शहीद पार्क परिसर में शुक्रवार को पीडीएस दुकानदारों की बैठक हुई। इसकी अध्यक्षता फेयर प्राइस शॉप डीलर्स एसोसिएशन के जिला अध्यक्ष फुलकांत झा ने की। उन्होंने पीडीएस दुकानदारों की समस्याओं का उल्लेख करते हुए सरकार से मांग की कि अगर कोई दुकानदार किसी भी उम्र में मरता है तो उसके परिवार वालों को लाभ मिलना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि पड़ोसी राज्य बंगाल में यह नियम लागू है। उदाहरण दिया कि यहां कोरोना से मरने वाले दुकानदारों को किसी भी प्रकार की सहायता राशि नहीं मिली। उन्होंने कहा कि अगर समय पर हमारी मांगें पूरी नहीं हुईं, तो हम जन वितरण प्रणाली को ठप कर देंगे। हम हजारों लोगों को रोजाना राशन देते हैं। हमें नेटवर्क की समस्या झेलनी पड़ती है, न तो कमीशन मिलता और ना ही समय पर खाद्दान्न मिलता है। श्री झा ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार और खाद्यान्न विभाग को पूर्व में दर्जनों बार इन समस्याओं से संबंधित ज्ञापन सौंपा गया है, बावजूद इसके हमें न्याय नहीं मिल रहा है। इससे डीलर्स आंदोलित हो रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि यदि अब हमारी वाजिब मांगों पर विभाग और सरकार जल्द निर्णय नहीं लेंगे तो राशन विक्रेता आंदोलन करने को विवश होंगे। इस दौरान बताया गया कि डीलर्स को एनएफएसए और ग्रीन कार्ड के अनाज के वितरण पर नाम मात्र के कमीशन मिलता है, इसे बढ़ाया जाने, पीएमजीकेएवाई का 11 माह से ज्यादा समय से कमीशन के करोड़ों रुपये डीलरों को नहीं मिले हैं। इस कारण त्राहिमाम मचा हुआ है। डीलरों को अपनी बेटियों की शादी, पर्व, त्योहारों और रोजमर्रा की जिंदगी के लिए जद्दो जहद करनी पड़ रही हैं। डीलरों को 2जी सर्वर के समय पर कार्य नहीं करने और इसे इलेक्ट्रानिक तोल मशीन से जोड़ दिये जाने के कारण परेशानी बढ़ गयी है। इस कारण लाभार्थियों और डीलरों के बीच रोज बकझक होती रहती है। इसके अलावे कई मांगे शामिल है। इस बैठक में मुख्य रूप से डीलर्स एसोसिएशन के जिला अध्यक्ष फुलकांत झा, नरसिंह सिंहदेव, विश्व लाल माझी, योगेश्वर महतो, हीरालाल बोयपाई, किरण महतो, ममता देवी आदि पीडीएस दुकानदार उपस्थित थे।

A meeting of PDS shopkeepers was held on Friday at Kharsawan Shaheed Park premises. It was presided over by Fulkant Jha, District President of Fair Price Shop Dealers Association. Mentioning the problems of PDS shopkeepers, he demanded from the government that if a shopkeeper dies at any age, his family members should get benefits. He said that this rule is applicable in the neighboring state of Bengal. Gave the example that the shopkeepers who died of Corona here did not get any kind of assistance. He said that if our demands are not met on time, we will stop the public distribution system. We give ration to thousands of people daily. We have to face the problem of network, neither we get commission nor we get food grains on time. Mr. Jha said that memorandum related to these problems has been submitted dozens of times to the State Government and Food Department in the past, yet we are not getting justice. Due to this the dealers are getting agitated. He said that if the department and the government do not take a decision soon on our just demands, then the ration vendors will be forced to agitate. During this, it was told that the dealers get nominal commission on the distribution of NFSA and Green Card grains, this should be increased, crores of rupees commission has not been received by the dealers for more than 11 months of PMGKAY. This is the reason why there is an uproar. Dealers have to fight hard for their daughters’ marriage, festivals, festivals and everyday life. The problem has increased for the dealers due to non-functioning of the 2G server on time and it has been linked to the electronic weighing machine. Because of this, there is daily bickering between the beneficiaries and the dealers. Apart from this, many demands are included. PDS shopkeepers like Fulkant Jha, Narsingh Singhdev, Vishwa Lal Majhi, Yogeshwar Mahato, Hiralal Boypai, Kiran Mahato, Mamta Devi, etc. were present in the meeting mainly.
