भारतीय जनतंत्र मोर्चा के केंद्रीय महामंत्री एंव कोल्हान के प्रभारी संजीव आचार्य सहित अन्य सरेंडर के बाद जमशेदपुर न्यायालय परिसर से पर रिहा हुए, आज दिनांक 30/06/23 को जमशेदपुर न्यायालय के सिनियर अधिवक्ता रंजन धारी सिंह एंव अधिवक्ता प्रतिक शर्मा जी के द्वारा न्याय डण्घांघीकारी सौदामनी सिंह जी के आदालत से भारतीय जनतंत्र मोर्चा के केंद्रीय महामंत्री एंव कोल्हान के प्रभारी संजीव आचार्य, जिला महामंत्री मनोज सिंह उज्जैन,मंडल अध्यक्ष दुर्गा राव,मंडल अध्यक्ष विनोद कुमार यादव, जय सिंह, राजीव चौहान, गौतम घर, ऋषी पाण्डेय सरेंडर के बाद जमशेदपुर न्यायालय परिसर से जमानत पर रिहा हुए सिदगोड़ा कान्ड संखा 173/2022 ,GR no : 748/2023. जमानत पर रिहाई के बाद सजीव आचार्य ने कहा की न्यायालय पर भरोसा और बिस्वास था , न्यायालय के आदेश का हमलोग सम्मान करते हुए आगे की लड़ाई जमशेदपुर की जनमानस के हित के लिए संघर्ष जारी रहेगा आदरणीय विधायक सरयू राय जी के दिशा निर्देश पर!
Sanjeev Acharya, the Central General Secretary of Bharatiya Jantantra Morcha and in-charge of Kolhan, along with others, were released from the Jamshedpur Court premises after surrender, today on 30/06/23, Justice was done by Senior Advocate Ranjan Dhari Singh and Advocate Pratik Sharma of Jamshedpur Court. Sanjeev Acharya, District General Secretary Manoj Singh Ujjain, Mandal President Durga Rao, Mandal President Vinod Kumar Yadav, Jai Singh, Rajeev Chauhan, Gautam Ghar, Rishi Pandey after surrender from the court of Soudamani Singh ji. Released on bail from Jamshedpur Court Complex, Sidgoda case number 173/2022, GR no: 748/2023. After being released on bail, Sajeev Acharya said that he had faith and trust in the court, respecting the order of the court, the fight ahead will continue for the benefit of the people of Jamshedpur on the guidance of respected MLA Saryu Rai ji!
