पांच लाख रुपए रंगदारी न देने पर भू माफिया ने तोड़ डाला घर, भुक्तभोगी ने लगाई कपाली पुलिस से न्याय की गुहार
चांडिल: सरायकेला -खरसावां जिले के चांडिल प्रखंड अंतर्गत तामूलिया पंचायत के पुड़ीसिली निवासी गुरुचरण सिंह सरदार की बीते कुछ दिन पहले राखाल प्रामाणिक और गोपाल प्रामाणिक द्वारा पांच लाख रुपए रंगदारी मांगा गया। रंगदारी का रक्म नहीं देने से राखाल प्रामाणिक और गोपाल प्रामाणिक के द्वारा गुरुचरण सिंह सरदार को जान से मारने की धमकी दिया गया है। जिसकी शिकायत लेकर गुरुचरण सिंह सरदार ने भूमिज मुंडा समाज के लोगों के साथ कपाली ओपी में लिखित शिकायत दर्ज कराया। वहीं इस विषय पर भूमीज मुंडा समाज के अध्यक्ष ने अमर सिंह सरदार ने बताया कि गुरुचरण सिंह सरदार जमीन पर गोपाल प्रामाणिक और राखाल प्रामाणिक द्वारा जबरन कब्जा किया जा रहा है जिसकी लिखित सूचना हमलोगों ने कपाली पुलिस को दे दी है। यदि इसपर पुलिस निष्पक्ष करवाई नहीं करती है तो भूमीज मुंडा समाज द्वारा प्रशासन के खिलाफ सड़क पर उतरकर उग्र आंदोलन किया जायेगा।
वहीं गोपाल प्रामाणिक ने इस मामले को लेकर उनपर लगे सारे आरोपों को बेबुनियाद और निराधार बताया है। उनका कहना है उक्त जमीन सन 1966 को उनकी दादी स्व. मंदा दासी द्वारा स्व. सुकलाल सिंह सरदार से खरीद गया था, जो अभी भी उनके दखल में है और जमीन से संबंधित सभी दस्तावेज उनके पास सुरक्षित है। श्री प्रामाणिक ने कहा कि उक्त जमीन पर पिछले कई वर्षों से भूमाफिया गिद्ध की भांति नजर गड़ाये बैठे हैं । मीडिया के माध्यम से उन्होंने प्रशासन से इस विषय का समाधान अविलंब करने की गुहार लगायी।
