जमशेदपुर वर्कर्स कॉलेज में महाविद्यालय के रसायन विभाग के डेमोस्ट्रेटर पद पर कार्यरत श्री अरविंद कुमार की सेवानिवृत्ति के अवसर पर सम्मान समारोह का आयोजन किया गया।
जमशेदपुर वर्कर्स कॉलेज में महाविद्यालय के रसायन विभाग के डेमोस्ट्रेटर पद पर कार्यरत श्री अरविंद कुमार की सेवानिवृत्ति के अवसर पर एक सम्मान समारोह का आयोजन ऑडियो वीडियो हॉल में किया गया। इस समारोह में अरविंद कुमार को महाविद्यालय शिक्षकों एवं शिक्षकेत्तर कर्मियों की ओर से स्मृति चिह्न, शॉल, पुष्पगुच्छ, मिष्टान्न, उपहार आदि देकर सम्मानित किया गया। महाविद्यालय की परंपरा के अनुसार सेवानिवृत्ति के साथ ही सेवा पुस्तिका और अवकाश पंजी जैसे महत्वपूर्ण कागज़ात भी प्राचार्य द्वारा उन्हें सौंपे गए। इस अवसर पर प्राचार्य डॉ. सत्यप्रिय महालिक ने अपने उद्गार में कहा कि श्री अरविंद कुमार मृदुभाषी, सरल और सहृदय व्यक्ति हैं जिन्होंने महाविद्यालय में डिप्युटी एग्जामिनेशन कंट्रोलर का दायित्य संभाला है, साथ ही वे एन एस एस के कॉर्डिनेटर भी रहे हैं। ऐसे जिम्मेदारियों को संभालने के बाद वे सेवानिवृत्त हो रहे हैं। श्री अरविंद कुमार वर्कर्स कॉलेज के ही छात्र रहे हैं। उन्होंने 1983 में अपनी सेवा आरंभ की थी और 30 जून 2023 को वे सेवानिवृत्त हुए। प्राचार्य ने उन्हें शुभकामनाएं देते हुए उनके अच्छे स्वास्थ्य और प्रसन्नता की कामना की।
श्री अरविंद कुमार ने अपने विदाई समारोह पर आपने संबोधन में भावुक होकर सभी का आभार प्रकट किया।
इस कार्यक्रम में रसायन विभाग की अध्यक्ष, डॉ. सुमन कुमारी, डॉ. अनिलचंद्र पाठक, डॉ वी के मिश्रा, डॉ. एम ए खान, प्रो. सुरभि सिन्हा, डॉ. जावेद इक़बाल, श्री मनमोहन, व अन्य ने भी श्री अरविंद कुमार के साथ अपने अनुभव साझा किए और उन्हें शुभकामनाएं दी। कार्यक्रम का संचालन प्रो. हरेन्द्र पंडित ने किया तथा सभी को धन्यवाद ज्ञापन प्रो. सुभाषचंद्र दास ने किया। इस अवसर पर महाविद्यालय के सभी शिक्षक एवं शिक्षकेत्तर कर्मी उपस्थित थे।
A felicitation ceremony was organized in the Audio Video Hall on the occasion of the retirement of Mr. Arvind Kumar, working as a Demonstrator in the Chemistry Department of the College at Jamshedpur Workers College. In this function, Arvind Kumar was honored by giving mementos, shawls, bouquets, sweets, gifts etc. on behalf of college teachers and non-teaching staff. As per the tradition of the college, along with retirement, important documents like service book and leave register were also handed over to him by the principal. On this occasion, Principal Dr. Satyapriya Mahalik said in his speech that Mr. Arvind Kumar is a soft-spoken, simple and kind-hearted person who has held the responsibility of Deputy Examination Controller in the college, as well as he has also been the Coordinator of NSS. He is retiring after assuming such responsibilities. Shri Arvind Kumar has been a student of Workers’ College only. He started his service in 1983 and he retired on 30 June 2023. The Principal wished him good health and happiness while wishing him well.
Mr. Arvind Kumar expressed gratitude to everyone in his address on his farewell ceremony.
In this programme, Head of the Department of Chemistry, Dr. Suman Kumari, Dr. Anilchandra Pathak, Dr. VK Mishra, Dr. MA Khan, Prof. Surbhi Sinha, Dr. Javed Iqbal, Mr. Manmohan, and others also shared their experiences with Mr. Arvind Kumar and wished him well. Program conducted by Prof. Harendra Pandit did it and the vote of thanks was given by Prof. Subhash Chandra Das did it. All the teaching and non-teaching staff of the college were present on this occasion.
