झारखंड कैबिनेट में आज एक प्रस्ताव पेश होने जा रहा है, जिसमें सीएम चंपाई सोरेन द्वारा जातिगत सर्वेक्षण को मंजूरी देने का प्रस्ताव हो सकता है।
झारखंड में चंपाई सोरेन ने जातिगत सर्वेक्षण को मंजूरी दे दी है। मंगलवार को कैबिनेट बैठक में इस प्रस्ताव पर विचार किया जा सकता है।
रांची, विवेक चंद्र: झारखंड में अब जाति सर्वेक्षण के लिए रास्ता साफ हो गया है। राज्य सरकार ने कार्मिक और प्रशासनिक सुधार विभाग के अधीन जाति सर्वेक्षण को शामिल करने का निर्णय लिया है। इसके लिए झारखंड कार्यपालिका नियमावली में संशोधन किया जा रहा है।
झारखंड कार्यपालिका नियमावली में बदलाव
झारखंड कैबिनेट को प्रस्ताव भेजा गया है कि अनुसूचित जनजाति, अनुसूचित जाति और अन्य पिछड़े वर्गों के सदस्य वंचित, शोषित और हाशिए पर रहे हैं, जो कई दशकों से समाज के अन्य वर्गों से पीछे रहे हैं। इसलिए राज्य सरकार अनुपातिक समानता को बढ़ाने के उद्देश्य से जाति सर्वेक्षण कराएगी। इस दिशा में, झारखंड कार्यपालिका नियमावली में संशोधन करके कार्मिक विभाग को भी जाति सर्वेक्षण के कार्य में शामिल करने का प्रस्ताव है।
लुगुबुरु पहाड़ पर रोका जायेगा डीवीसी का पंप स्टोरेज प्रोजेक्ट
राज्य सरकार बोकारो जिले के लुगुबुरू पहाड़ पर दामोदर घाटी निगम द्वारा प्रस्तावित 1500 मेगावाट पंप स्टोरेज प्रोजेक्ट के निर्माण को रोकने का निर्णय लेने जा रही है। गृह विभाग की जांच रिपोर्ट में यह खुलासा हुआ है कि प्रोजेक्ट के बलपूर्वक निर्माण से आदिवासी समुदाय की भावनाओं को ठेस पहुंचने, लोक शांति को भंग करने और जनसमूह के विरोध का सामना करने का खतरा है। इसके अलावा, संताली आदिवासियों के प्रसिद्ध महाधर्म स्थल का प्राकृतिक स्वरूप भी प्रभावित हो सकता है। अब राज्य सरकार भारत सरकार से इस प्रोजेक्ट को स्थगित करने की मांग करेगी।
शहरी निकायों के मेयर और अध्यक्ष पारा शिक्षकों की सेवाओं का सत्यापन करेंगे।
राज्य के शहरी क्षेत्रों में नगर निकायों के जनप्रतिनिधि पारा शिक्षकों की सेवाओं का सत्यापन करने के लिए नगर निगम के मेयर और नगर परिषद के अध्यक्ष के नेतृत्व में एक कमेटी गठित की जाएगी। झारखंड सहायक अध्यापक (पारा टीचर) सेवा शर्त नियमावली में प्रति वर्ष शिक्षकों के मानदेय में चार प्रतिशत बढ़ोतरी का प्रावधान है, और इसके लिए प्रति वर्ष सेवा सत्यापन की अनिवार्यता है।

Changes in Jharkhand Executive Rules
The proposal sent to the Jharkhand Cabinet states that members of the Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Castes and Other Backward Classes have been deprived, exploited and marginalized, lagging behind other sections of the society for many decades. Therefore, the state government will conduct caste survey with the aim of increasing proportional equality. In this direction, it is proposed to include the Personnel Department in the work of caste survey by amending the Jharkhand Executive Rules.
DVC’s pump storage project will be stopped on Luguburu mountain.
The state government is going to take a decision to stop the construction of the 1500 MW pumped storage project proposed by Damodar Valley Corporation on Luguburu hills in Bokaro district. The investigation report of the Home Department has revealed that the forced construction of the project poses a risk of hurting the sentiments of the tribal community, disturbing public peace and facing opposition from the public. Apart from this, the natural form of the famous Mahadharma site of Santali tribals may also be affected. Now the state government will demand the Government of India to postpone this project.
Mayors and chairpersons of urban bodies will verify the services of para teachers.
A committee will be formed under the leadership of the Mayor of the Municipal Corporation and the Chairman of the Municipal Council to verify the services of para teachers, public representatives of the municipal bodies in the urban areas of the state. In the Jharkhand Assistant Teacher (Para Teacher) Service Conditions Rules, there is a provision for four percent increase in the honorarium of teachers every year, and for this, service verification every year is mandatory.
