दुमका के फूलो झानो मेडिकल कॉलेज अस्पताल में एक युवक ने अस्पताल की छत से कूदकर जान दे दी, जब उन्हें इलाज किया जा रहा था।
दुमका के पीजेएमसीएच अस्पताल की दूसरी मंजिल से एक युवक ने कूदकर अपनी जान दे दी। वह रामगढ़ थाना क्षेत्र के अमरपुर गांव के निवासी थे।
दुमका : दुमका में स्थित फूलो झानो मेडिकल कॉलेज अस्पताल के मेडिसिन वॉर्ड में भर्ती युवक ने शनिवार को सुबह दूसरी मंजिल की छत से कूदकर अपनी जान दे दी। मृतक की पहचान प्रकाश मरांडी (26 साल) के रूप में हुई है। वह रामगढ़ थाना क्षेत्र के अमरपुर गांव का निवासी था। युवक के साथ उस समय कोई भी परिजन अस्पताल में मौजूद नहीं था। घटना के बाद अन्य मरीज के परिजनों के बीच हलचल मच गई।
पुलिस मामले की जांच में जुटी
युवक के आत्महत्या के पीछे अभी तक कोई स्पष्ट वजह सामने नहीं आई है। दुमका पुलिस इस मामले की जांच कर रही है। बताया जाता है कि शनिवार करीब तीन बजे अस्पताल में भर्ती युवक अचानक अपने वॉर्ड से बाहर निकलकर छत से कूद गया, जिससे उसे गंभीर रूप से चोट लगी। इसके बाद अस्पताल के कर्मचारी उसका त्वरित इलाज शुरू कर दिया, लेकिन कठिन प्रयास के बावजूद उसकी जान बचाने में सफल नहीं हो सके। सुबह सात बजे इलाज के दौरान उसकी मृत्यु हो गई।
घटना के वक्त मरीज का कोई भी परिजन नहीं था मौजूद
अस्पताल प्रबंधन ने इस संबंध में बताया कि घटना के वक्त मरीज का कोई परिजन मौजूद नहीं था. कुछ दिन पहले ही उन्हें हॉस्पिटल में भर्ती किया गया था. युवक ने जैसे ये कदम उठाया अस्पताल में मौजूद अन्य लोगों के बीच चीख पुकार मच गयी. मामले की जानकारी नगर थाने के पुलिस को दे दी गयी है. वह इस मामले की छानबीन कर रही है. उनका कहना है कि जांच के बाद ही पता चल पाएगा कि आत्महत्या की वजह क्या है. मरीजों के परिजनों की इसकी सूचना दे दी गयी है.
