मुंबई– अडानी समूह के चेयरमैन गौतम अडानी के हाथों में मुंबई की सूरत बदलने की जिम्मेदारी है. अडानी वो कर सकते हैं, जो अब तक कोई नहीं कर पाया है. अडानी को एशिया के सबसे बड़े झुग्गी धारावी के रीडेवलमेंट की जिम्मेदारी सौंपी गई है. धारावी की दिशा और दशा बदलने के लिए पहले भी कई कोशिशें हुई, लेकिन सफल नहीं हो सका. अब इसकी जिम्मेदारी गौतम अडानी को मिली है. धारावी को रीडेवलप करने के लिए अडानी ने बड़ा प्लान तैयार कर लिया है.
क्या है अडानी का मेगा प्लान
मुंबई में एशिया की सबसे बड़ी झुग्गी बस्ती धारावी के रीडेवलमेंट के लिए अडानी समूह ने ग्लोबल टीम तैयार की है. अडानी ने विदेशी कंपनियों के साथ साझेदारी की है. अडानी समूह की कंपनी धारावी रिडेवलपमेंट प्रोजेक्ट प्राइवेट लिमिटेड ने देश के सबसे बड़े स्लम धारावी की सूरत बदलने के लिए अमेरिका की डिजाइनिंग कंपनी Sasaki की टीम हायर की. इसके अलावा ब्रिटेन की कंसल्टेंसी फर्म Buro Happold और आर्किटेक्ट हफीज कॉन्ट्रैक्टर के साथ हाथ मिलाया है. उन्होंने सिंगापुर के एक्सपर्ट को इस प्रोजेक्ट के लिए अपने साथ जोड़ा है. दुनिया की टॉप ग्लोबल टीमों को अपने साथ जोड़कर अडानी धारावी की सूरत बदल देंगे.
डीआरपीपीएल की माने तो धारावी के रीडेवलपमेंट के लिए सिंगापुर प्रेरणा का काम करेगा. दरअसल साल 1960 के दौर में सिंगापुर की हालात भी धारावी की तरह ही थी. लेकिन आज सिंगापुर दुनिया के खूबसूरती की मिसाल है. इस प्रोजेक्ट के लिए सिंगापुर के की टीम भी अडानी के साथ मिलकर काम करेगी.
कितना बड़ा है धारावी प्रोजेक्ट
आपको बता दें कि धारावी रीडेलवपमेंट प्रोजेक्ट इतना बड़ा है कि उसे पूरा करने में 30 साल लग सकते है. अडानी झुग्गी-झोपड़ी की जगह घर-ऑफिस, स्कूल, अस्पताल बनाएंगे. धरावी की झुग्गी की जगह वहां एक छोटा शहर दिखेगा. अडानी ने नवंबर 2022 में धारावी रीडेवलपमेंट के लिए सबसे बड़ी बोली लगाई थी. उन्होंने करीब 600 एकड़ में फैला एशिया के इस सबसे बड़े स्लम के लिए 5,069 करोड़ रुपये की बोली लगाई. इस स्लम में 8.5 लाख से अधिक लोग रहते हैं. धारावी में लोगों के साथ-साथ 6,000 से अधिक छोटी और मझोली यूनिट्स हैं.

Apart from this, it has joined hands with British consultancy firm Buro Happold and architect Hafeez Contractor. He has associated experts from Singapore with him for this project. By associating with the world’s top global teams, Adani will change the face of Dharavi.
According to DRPPL, Singapore will act as an inspiration for the redevelopment of Dharavi. In fact, during the 1960s, the situation in Singapore was similar to that of Dharavi. But today Singapore is an example of beauty in the world. A team of experts from Singapore will also work closely with Adani for this project.
How big is the Dharavi project?
Let us tell you that the Dharavi Redevelopment Project is so big that it may take 30 years to complete. Adani will build houses, offices, schools and hospitals instead of slums. Instead of the slum of Dharavi, a small city will be seen there. Adani had made the biggest bid for Dharavi redevelopment in November 2022. He bid Rs 5,069 crore for this largest slum of Asia spread over 600 acres. More than 8.5 lakh people live in this slum. Along with the people, there are more than 6,000 small and medium units in Dharavi.
