Adityapur Encroachment Drive : आदित्यपुर में रेलवे ने चलाया अतिक्रमण हटाओ अभियान, 40 से अधिक मकानों पर चला बुलडोजर
आदित्यपुर : बुधवार को रेल प्रशासन ने सरायकेला जिले के आरआईटी थाना रेलवे की जमीन पर वर्षों से अतिक्रमण कर बसे राजीवनगर से 40 से भी अधिक मकानों को जमींदोज कर दिया. हालांकि इससे पूर्व बस्तीवासियों को तीन बार रेलवे द्वारा नोटिस जारी किया गया था. बुधवार को रेल सुरक्षा बल एवं जिला पुलिस की मौजूदगी में उक्त अतिक्रमण को जमींदोज कर रेलवे ने अपने कब्जे में ले लिया. अतिक्रमण अभियान का नेतृत्व कर रहे आदित्यपुर आईडब्ल्यू के अधिकारी संजय कुमार गुप्ता ने बताया कि आदित्यपुर रेलवे स्टेशन से लेकर रेलवे ओवरब्रिज तक टू लेन का निर्माण किया जाना है. इसको लेकर रेलवे की जमीन को खाली करने का नोटिस पूर्व में ही दिया जा चुका था. कई लोगों ने स्वता ही अपने अपने अतिक्रमण को खाली कर दिया था कुछ लोग डटे हुए थे जिन्हें हटा दिया गया है. इधर कड़ाके की ठंड के बीच सर से छत उजड़ने से 40 परिवार बेघर हो गए हैं. इसको लेकर स्थानीय लोगों में आक्रोश व्याप्त है जो कभी भी फूट सकता है.
Adityapur: On Wednesday, the railway administration razed more than 40 houses from Rajeev Nagar, which had encroached on the railway land of RIT police station in Seraikela district for years. However, prior to this, notices were issued by the Railways thrice to the residents. On Wednesday, in the presence of Railway Protection Force and District Police, the said encroachment was razed to the ground and taken over by the Railways. Adityapur IW officer Sanjay Kumar Gupta, who is leading the encroachment campaign, said that two lanes have to be constructed from Adityapur railway station to the railway overbridge. Regarding this, the notice to vacate the railway land had already been given earlier. Many people had vacated their encroachments on their own, some people were adamant and have been removed. Here, 40 families have become homeless due to the destruction of the roof in the midst of the bitter cold. There is resentment among the local people regarding this which can explode anytime.
