Adityapur Police Officers Good Job – आदित्यपुर में लगा था जाम, तीन थानेदारों ने ऐसे किया काम, बच गया आदित्यपुर
आदित्यपुर : सरायकेला- खरसावां पुलिस ने मंगलवार को एक बड़ी सफलता हासिल की. जहां जिले के तीन जांबाज और सुलझे पुलिस अधिकारियों ने सूझबूझ और धैर्य का परिचय देते हुए आदित्यपुर को अशांत होने से बचा लिया. इनमें सबसे पहला नाम आदित्यपुर थाना प्रभारी राजन कुमार, दूसरा नाम गम्हरिया थाना प्रभारी राजीव कुमार और तीसरा नाम आरआईटी थाना प्रभारी सागर लाल महथा का आता है. जैसे ही कोल्हान की लाईफ लाईन टाटा- कांड्रा मार्ग के जाम होने की जानकारी एसपी आनंद प्रकाश को मिली उन्होंने फौरन क्राइम मीटिंग से तीनों अधिकारियों को आदित्यपुर भेजा आधे घंटे के भीतर तीनों अधिकारी मौके पर पहुंचे और सड़क पर शव के साथ जाम पर बैठे परिजनों को समझा- बुझाकर सड़क से हटाया. इस दौरान हूटिंग और ज़िल्लतों का सामना भी किया मगर भीड़ के आक्रोश को सूझबूझ से शांत कराने में सफल रहे.
सड़क जाम का पुराना रहा है आदित्यपुर में चलन : बता दें कि आदित्यपुर में सड़क जाम का पुराना इतिहास रहा है. यह सड़क कोल्हान की लाइफ़ लाइन है. इस सड़क के दस मिनट जाम होने पर जमशेदपुर से लेकर सरायकेला तक हाहाकार मच जाता है. हालांकि अब पहले की तरह स्थिति नहीं है. पहले एकमात्र खरकई पुल होकर आदित्यपुर में प्रवेश किया जा सकता था मगर अब लोगों के पास कई विकल्प हैं, बावजूद इसके यदि आदित्यपुर में सड़क जाम हो गया तो समूचा कोल्हान प्रभावित हो जाता है. वैसे बड़ी घटनाओं पर ही इस तरह की घटनाएं देखने को मिलते हैं. मंगलवार को महज आधे घंटे की जाम से रफ्तार थम सी गयी थी जमशेपुर और सरायकेला की. गनीमत रही कि समय पर तीनों अधिकारी घटनास्थल पर पहुंच गए और एक्शन में आ गए. राजीव कुमार ने सड़क जाम पर बैठे लोगों को समझाने में सफलता हासिल की और सड़क को जाम से मुक्त कराया. राजन कुमार अपने सिंघम अंदाज में आक्रोशित परिजनों को इस बात पर मनाने में सफल हुए कि उन्हें हर हाल में इंसाफ मिलेगा और नर्सिंग होम के गेट पर चट्टान की तरह डट गए और न नर्सिंग होम का क्षति होने दिया, न डॉ या प्रबंधन को भीड़ के कोपभाजन का शिकार होने दिया. वहीं सागर लाल महथा आदित्यपुर के सब इंस्पेक्टर अविषेक कुमार, अखिलेश कुमार, मनीष कुमार और उदय कुमार के साथ मोर्चे पर डट गए और भीड़ को उग्र होने नहीं दिया. जबकि एसआई एसएस लकड़ा, प्रेमलता कुमारी और करुणा कुमारी नर्सिंग होम के अंदर डटी रहीं और किसी भी नर्सिंग स्टाफ के साथ बदसलूकी होने नहीं
क्यों उग्र हुए परिजन : दरअसल आदित्यपुर दो साई कॉलोनी निवासी शैलेन्द्र झा की दस वर्षीय पुत्री आराध्या कुमारी के पैर में चोट लगी थी. जिसका ईलाज नर्सिंग होम के डॉ कुमार अविषेक कर रहे थे. बच्ची की स्थिति बिगड़ने पर उसे डॉ अविषेक ने टीएमच या बढ़िया चाइल्ड स्पेशलिस्ट से दिखाने की सलाह दी. मंगलवार को परिजन बच्ची को टीएमएच ले जाने लगे जिससे रास्ते में ही उसकी मौत हो गयी. परिजनों ने अस्पताल से डेथ सर्टिफिकेट देने की मांग की, मगर नर्सिंग होम प्रबंधन ने डेथ सर्टिफिकेट देने से इंकार कर दिया, जिससे परिजन आक्रोशित हो उठे और जमकर बवाल काटा. करीब दो घंटे तक हंगामा और सड़क जाम होने के बाद गम्हरिया थाना प्रभारी राजीव कुमार, आदित्यपुर थाना प्रभारी राजन कुमार और आरआईटी थाना प्रभारी सागर लाल महथा के सूझबूझ से न केवल परिजनों का आक्रोश शांत हुआ, बल्कि उग्र भीड़ के कोपभाजन से नर्सिंग होम और नर्सिंग होम के डॉक्टर और नर्सिंग स्टाफ को भी बचा लिया गया. गम्हरिया थाना प्रभारी की पहल पर नर्सिंग होम ने बच्ची का डेथ सर्टिफिकेट दिया. आदित्यपुर थाना प्रभारी द्वारा डॉ अविषेक पर परिजनों के आवेदन पर गैर इरादतन हत्या का मुकदमा दर्ज कर कार्रवाई का भरोसा दिलाया गया उसके बाद देर शाम करीब 5: 30 बजे परिजन बच्ची के शव को दाह- संस्कार के लिए ले गए.
क्या इंसाफ मिलेगा बच्ची को ! : भले सरायकेला पुलिस के जांबाज अधिकारियों ने आदित्यपुर को अशांत होने से बचा लिया, मगर एक यक्ष प्रश्न सबके जेहन में कौंध रहा है कि क्या इससे बच्ची को इंसाफ मिल जाएगा ? पैर में मामूली चोट लगने से हंसती- खेलती बच्ची की मौत भी हो सकती है ? कहीं न कहीं चूक तो हुई है. चाहे दवा रिएक्शन हुआ हो यह गलत ट्रीटमेंट के कारण बच्ची की मौत हुई हो. परिजनों के अनुसार बच्ची के पैर में जहां प्लास्टर किया गया था वहां पस भर गया था. उसके शरीर फूलने लगे थे. जिसपर डॉ अविषेक ने टीएमएच ले जाने की सलाह दी. बच्ची के परिजनों ने पोस्टमार्टम से इंकार कर नर्सिंग होम प्रबंधन और डॉक्टर को क्लीन चिट दे दिया. भले गैर इरादतन हत्या का मुकदमा दर्ज हो गया है, मगर उससे हासिल कुछ नहीं हो सकता. परिजन चाह कर भी नर्सिंग होम प्रबंधन और डॉक्टर का कुछ नहीं बिगाड़ सकते, क्योंकि कानून सबूतों और गवाहों के आधार पर चलता है. हैरान करने वाली बात यह भी रही कि नर्सिंग होम के किसी भी सूचना बोर्ड पर डॉक्टर अभिषेक का नाम दर्ज नहीं है. इसको लेकर भी कई तरह के कयास लगाए जाते रहे. अब देखना यह दिलचस्प होगा कि आदित्यपुर पुलिस इस मामले में कितनी संवेदनशीलता दिखाती है. हालांकि एफआईआर दर्ज होने के बाद डॉक्टर अभिषेक भूमिगत हो गए हैं. डॉक्टर कुमार अभिषेक उभरते हुए हड्डी रोग विशेषज्ञ हैं. इस क्षेत्र का उनके पास लंबा अनुभव नहीं है, मगर थोड़े ही समय में उन्होंने प्रसिद्धि कमाई है. सुदूरवर्ती ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में भी उनकी लोकप्रियता है. वैसे अमूमन सभी नर्सिंग होम की यही पॉलिसी है. ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के भोले- भाले लोगों को नर्सिंग होम तक लाने की जिम्मेदारी ऐसे ही डॉक्टरों के कंधे पर होती है. जो अपनी गाढ़ी कमाई नर्सिंग होम में झोंक देते हैं. कई बार लापरवाही के मामले भी आते रहे हैं. ऐसे नर्सिंग होम सरकारी योजनाओं का सब्जबाग दिखाकर भोले- भाले मरीजों को अपने यहां लाते हैं, फिर उसका दोहन करते हैं. शिवा नर्सिंग होम पर इस तरह के कई आरोप पूर्व में भी लग चुके हैं.

The relatives demanded the death certificate from the hospital, but the nursing home management refused to give the death certificate, which enraged the family and created a ruckus. After about two hours of ruckus and road blockade, not only did the anger of the family calm down due to the understanding of Gamharia police station in-charge Rajeev Kumar, Adityapur police station in-charge Rajan Kumar and RIT police station in-charge Sagar Lal Mahtha, but also the anger of the raging crowd. The doctor and nursing staff of the home were also saved. On the initiative of Gamharia police station in-charge, the nursing home gave the death certificate of the girl child. The surprising thing is that Dr. Abhishek’s name is not registered on any information board of the nursing home. Many types of speculations were made about this too. Now it will be interesting to see how much sensitivity the Adityapur police shows in this matter. However, after the registration of the FIR, Dr. Abhishek has gone underground. Dr. Kumar Abhishek is an emerging Orthopedic specialist. He does not have long experience in this field, but he has earned fame in a short time. He is also popular in remote rural areas. By the way, this is the policy of all nursing homes. The responsibility of bringing the innocent people of rural areas to the nursing home rests on the shoulders of such doctors.
