हथियारबंद अपराधियों ने ड्यूटी से लौट रहे युवक- युवती पर पिस्तौल तान दी
आदित्यपुर बीती रात आरआईटी थाना अंतर्गत बंतानगर- बाबा कुटी रोड पर हथियारबंद अपराधियों ने ड्यूटी से लौट रहे युवक- युवती पर पिस्तौल तान दी, जिसके बाद बस्ती में सनसनी फैल गई. हालांकि युवक ने जैसे ही प्रतिरोध किया अपराधी कमजोर पड़ गया और अपनी पल्सर मोटरसाइकिल संख्या JH05CM- 3153 को मौके पर छोड़कर भाग निकला. इतना ही नहीं अपराधी भागने के क्रम में अपनी पिस्तौल भी फेंककर भाग निकला. उधर इस घटना के बाद काफी संख्या में बस्तीवासी एकजुट होकर घरों से बाहर निकले और इसकी सूचना आरआईटी थाना पुलिस को दी. जहां सूचना पर पहुंची आरआईटी थाना पुलिस ने पिस्तौल और मोटरसाइकिल को जप्त कर लिया है. वहीं युवक से पूछताछ की जा रही है. घटना के संबंध में युवक ने बताया कि उसका नाम अशोक कुमार है जो सोनारी में अपना क्लीनिक चलाता है. क्लीनिक बंद कर अपनी महिला सहयोगी मंजरी दास गुप्ता के साथ बाबा कुटी अपने घर लौट रहा था, इसी दौरान बंतानगर- बाबा कुटी मार्ग पर मोबाइल से बात कर रहा था. तभी पल्सर सवार युवक वहां आया और गाली गलौज करने लगा. विरोध करने पर उसने पिस्तौल तान दी. जब इसका प्रतिकार किया तो पल्सर और पिस्तौल छोड़कर भाग निकला. उधर सूचना पर पहुंचे आरआईटी थाना के एसआई सुजीत सिंह ने बताया कि घटनास्थल से पिस्तौल और मोटरसाइकिल बरामद किया गया है. अपराधी की पहचान की जा रही है. फिलहाल युवक के बताएं घटनाक्रम के आधार पर जांच की जा रही है. वहीं इस घटना के बाद बस्ती वासियों में आक्रोश देखा गया.
