गीता थिएटर के कलाकार पश्चिम बंगाल के खड़गपुर में स्थित टाटा मैटालिकस के बाद टाटा हिटैची कंपनी मे पर्यावरण संरक्षण अभियान के तहत कर रहे नुक्कड़ नाटक
गीता थिएटर के युवा टीम पश्चिम बंगाल के खड़गपुर में स्थित टाटा मैटालेकस कंपनी के बाद टाटा हिटैची के 04 प्रमुख विभागों में बांग्ला भाषी “अमी सोब जानी” नामक नुक्कड़ नाटक का सफल मंचन किया गया। यह नुक्कड नाटक समाजिक संस्था स्वच्छता पुकारे के नेतृत्व में गीता थिएटर की कलाकारों द्वारा किया गया था।
जिसमें नशा पान, प्लास्टिक उपयोग ना करने के साथ -साथ पर्यावरण संरक्षण, रोड़ वं कंपनी सेफ्टी से संबंधित विषयों को सम्मिलित किया गया था।
नाटक में एक के बाद एक तीन दृश्यो को दिखाया गया ,पहले दृश्य में वृक्ष को दिखाया गया जो आम मानस से पर्यावरण संरक्षण को लेकर जागरूक होने के लिए विनती करता है दृश्य में वृक्ष मानव जाति से जल,वायु और मट्टी संरक्षण के प्रति जागरूक करने के लिए इन सभी चीजों का महत्व हमारे जीवन में क्या-क्या है उन सभी को बताता है और कहता है की इनमें से एक भी चीज अगर नष्ट हो गई तो कैसे हमारा अस्तित्व खत्म हो सकता है तथा दूसरे दृश्य में दिखाया जाता है कि कैसे हम छोटी सी लापरवाही के कारण सड़क एवं कंपनी-कारखाने में अपनी जान खो देते हैं और हमारे पीछे हमारे परिवार की क्या स्थिति हो जाती है, वही तीसरे एवं अंतिम दृश्य में दिखाया जाता है कि कैसे एक खुशहाल परिवार प्लास्टिक उपयोग एवं नशा करने के कारण बिखर जाता है।
अंत में नाटक की सूत्रधार प्रेम दीक्षित ने पूरे नाटक का सारांश उपस्थित दर्शकों के सामने रखते हैं और इन सभी विषयों के प्रति जागरूक एवं सतर्क रहने की अपील करते हैं
नुक्कड़ नाटक में गीता थिएटर के 06 युवा कलाकार थे जिसमें से नाटक में वृक्ष की भूमिका समीर नंदन, धरती माता वं मछली वाली की भूमिका रिया सांडिल, कंपनी में काम करने वाले लापरवाह कर्मचारी की भूमिका मनीष साहू , प्लास्टिक उपयोग करने वाली की भूमिका गीता कुमारी,नशा करने वाले युवा की भूमिका में तुषार दासगुप्तो ने बखूबी निभाई।
इस 32 मिनट के नुक्कड़ नाटक को बांग्ला भाषा में संजय दत्ता द्वारा लिखा गया था जिसका निर्देशन गीता कुमारी द्वारा किया गया था।

This street play was performed by the artists of Geeta Theater under the leadership of social organization Swachhta Pukare.
In which topics related to environmental protection, road and company safety were included along with non-use of plastic.
Three scenes were shown one after the other in the play, in the first scene a tree was shown which begged the common man to be aware of environmental protection. What is the importance of all these things in our life and says that if even one of these things is destroyed then how our existence can end and in the second scene it is shown how we Due to small carelessness we lose our lives in the road and company-factory and what happens to our family behind us, the third and last scene shows how a happy family disintegrates due to plastic use and drug addiction. goes.
At the end, Prem Dixit, the narrator of the play, summarizes the whole play in front of the present audience and appeals to be aware and alert about all these topics.
There were 06 young artists of Geeta Theater in the street play, out of which Sameer Nandan played the role of a tree, Riya Sandil played the role of mother earth and fish seller, Manish Sahu played the role of a careless employee working in the company, Geeta Kumari played the role of a plastic user. Tushar Dasgupto played the role of a drug-addicted youth.
This 32-minute street play was written in Bengali by Sanjay Dutta and directed by Geeta Kumari.
