पिस्तौल का भय दिखाने वाले अपराधी को 24 घंटे के भीतर किया गिरफ्तार

आदित्यपुर: सरायकेला जिले के आरआईटी थाना पुलिस ने बीते शुक्रवार की रात आरआईटी थाना
अंतर्गत बाबा आश्रम- बंता नगर रोड में ड्यूटी से लौट रहे युवक अशोक कुमार एवं उसके साथ
मौजूद महिला कर्मी को लूटपाट की नीयत से पिस्तौल का भय दिखाने वाले अपराधी को 24
घंटे के भीतर गिरफ्तार कर न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया है. पुलिस की गिरफ्त में आए अपराधकर्मी का नाम अमरजीत ठाकुर है, जो ट्रांसपोर्ट कॉलोनी रोड नम्बर 25 का रहनेवाला है
और पूर्व में भी रंगदारी और आर्म्स एक्ट मामले में जेल जा चुका है पुलिस ने घटना को अंजाम देने में विफल रहने के
बाद मौके पर फेंका गया पिस्तौल और पल्सर मोटरसाइकिल को भी जब्त कर लिया है. विदित हो कि बीते शुक्रवार को बंता नगर निवासी अशोक सिंह सोनारी से अपना क्लीनिक बंद कर महिला कर्मी के साथ अपने घर लौट रहा था. इसी दौरान बंता नगर- बाबा कुटी रोड पर श्रवण ठठेरा के घर

के समीप किसी से मोबाइल पर बात कर रहा था.तभी पल्सर मोटरसाइकिल संख्या जेएच
05सीएम – 3153 पर सवार युवक ने अशोक सिंह को रोककर उसके साथ गाली गलौज करते
हुए हथियार का भय दिखाकर मोबाइल एवं बैग छीनने का प्रयास करने लगा किसी तरह हिम्मत जुटाकर विरोध करते हुए युवक के हाथ से से रिवाल्वर छीन लिया. जिससे भयभीत होकर वह
बाइक से भागने का प्रयास करने लगा इसी दौरान अशोक सिंह ने युवक के बाइक की चाबी निकाल ली. जिसके बाद युवक धक्का देकर भाग निकला. उसके बाद आसपास के लोग इकट्ठे हो गए और पुलिस को सूचना दी. मौके पर पहुंची गश्ती दल ने रिवाल्वर एवं पल्सर गाड़ी को चाबी सहित जप्त कर लिया. पूछताछ के क्रम में पता चला कि युवक का नाम अमरजीत ठाकुर उर्फ बोकन था, जो ट्रांसपोर्ट कॉलोनी रोड नंबर 25 का रहने वाला है. जिसे छापेमारी कर गिरफ्तार कर
लिया गया.
