जनता दरबार में डीसी ने समस्याएं सुनीं, निष्पादन का दिया आदेश
उपयुक्त रवि शंकर शुक्ला द्वारा समाहरणालय में सप्ताहिक जनता दरबार का आयोजन किया गया । इसमें जिले के शहरी और ग्रामीण क्षेत्र से दर्जनों लोगों ने सामाजिक व व्यक्तिगत समस्याओं से उपायुक्त को अवगत कराया जनता दरबार में मुख्य रूप से भूमि संबंधित मामले पेंशन अंचल कार्यालय चांडिल से संबंधित मामले पारिवारिक पेंशन, छ ऊ कला केंद्र खरसावां की पुन प्रारंभ करने, सीएचसी खरसावां भवन की मरम्मत करने समेत विभिन्न आवेदन प्राप्त हुए। जनता दरबार में प्राप्त आवेदनों के अति शीघ्र निष्पादन के लिए उपायुक्त द्वारा संबंधित विभागीय पदाधिकारी को आवेदन हस्तांतरित कर उक्त मामले का नियमानुसार निष्पादन सुनिश्चित करते हुए कार्यालय को सूचित करने का निर्देश दिया इस क्रम में उपायुक्त ने जनता दरबार में प्राप्त आवेदनों का समाधान सुनिश्चित करने के लिए जन शिकायत कोषांग के नीडल पदाधिकारी को संबंधित विभाग के साथ समन्वय स्थापित कर कर उक्त आवेदनों को निष्पादन वास्तु स्थिति से अवगत कराने का निर्देश दिया।
Weekly Janta Darbar was organized in the Collectorate by the apt Ravi Shankar Shukla. In this, dozens of people from urban and rural areas of the district informed the Deputy Commissioner about social and personal problems, mainly land related matters in Janata Darbar, matters related to pension circle office Chandil, family pension, restarting of Chhaya Kala Kendra Kharsawan, CHC Various applications were received including repairing of Kharsawan building. For the speedy execution of the applications received in the Janata Darbar, the Deputy Commissioner transferred the application to the concerned departmental officer and directed to inform the office, while ensuring the execution of the matter as per rules. For this, the Needle Officer of the Public Grievance Cell was directed to establish coordination with the concerned department and inform about the execution architectural status of the said applications.
