राज्य सरकार के निर्देश पर जिला प्रशासन सख्त, 15 दिनों में 32 हाईवा जब्त

राज्य सरकार से प्राप्त निर्देश के आलोक में जिले की उपायुक्त श्रीमती विजया जाधव के निर्देशानुसार अवैध खनिज कारोबारियों के विरुद्ध सघन अभियान चलाया जा रहा। 13 एवं 14 मई की देर रात जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी श्री दिनेश रंजन के नेतृत्व में पोटका में छापेमारी अभियान चलाया गया।छापेमारी टीम में कार्यपालक दण्डाधिकारी, धालभूम-जे० पी० करमाली, संतोष महतो एवं सुमित प्रकाश शामिल थे। अवैध खनिज के भण्डारण एवं परिवहन को लेकर की गई छापेमारी के दौरान ग्राम-बड़ा सिंगदी से पोटका के बीच अवैध गिट्टी से लदा हुआ कुल-9 (नौ) गाड़ियों को जब्त किया गया। जब्ती के क्रम में टास्क फोर्स की टीम को देखते ही वाहन चालक वाहन छोड़कर भाग निकले। जाँच के क्रम में वाहन से खनिज से संबंधित कोई भी कागजात प्राप्त नहीं हुआ। गाड़ी को जब्त करते हुए पोटका थाना को सुपुर्द किया गया।

उक्त वाहनों, वाहन के मालिकों एवं चालकों पर अवैध परिवहन करने के विरूद्ध खान एवं खनिज (विकास एवं विनियम) अधिनियम 1957 की धारा 4, 21, झारखण्ड लघु खनिज समानुदान नियमावली 2004 के नियम 54, The Jharkhand Minerals (Prevention of illegal mining, transportation & storage) rules 2017 के नियम 7, 9 एवं 13 के सुसंगत धाराओं के अधीन प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराया गया है।

*15 दिनों में 32 हाईवा जब्त*

उपायुक्त के निर्देशानुसार जिले में अवैध खनन व परिवहन को लेकर चलाये जा रहे जांच अभियान में पिछले 15 दिनों में बहरागोड़ा से बालू लदा 6 हाईवा, पटमदा से बालू लदा 2, चिप्स लदा 6 हाईवा, पोटका से बालू लदा 2, चिप्स के 9 तथा घाटशिला से कोयला लदा 2 व बालू लदा 2 हाईवा जब्त किया गया।

In the light of the instructions received from the State Government, an intensive campaign is being conducted against the illegal mineral businessmen as per the instructions of the Deputy Commissioner of the district Mrs. Vijaya Jadhav. On the late night of May 13 and 14, a raid operation was conducted in Potka under the leadership of District Transport Officer Mr. Dinesh Ranjan. The raid team included Executive Magistrate, Dhalbhum-JP Karmali, Santosh Mahato and Sumit Prakash. A total of 9 (nine) vehicles loaded with illegal ballast were seized between village-Bada Singdi to Potka during the raid regarding storage and transportation of illegal minerals. On seeing the Task Force team during the seizure, the driver of the vehicle fled leaving the vehicle. During the course of investigation, no documents related to minerals were received from the vehicle. The vehicle was seized and handed over to Potka police station.
