जमशेदपुर :पांच महीने के अपने छोटे से कार्यकाल में झारखंड के हर व्यक्ति के हित को ध्यान में रखते हुए, मैंने कई महत्वपूर्ण कार्य किए। राज्य के बुनियादी ढांचे को मजबूत करने के लिए कैबिनेट में योजनाएं पारित करवाईं। मैंने जनता के बीच पहुंचने का प्रयास किया और सभी समुदायों के लिए अलग-अलग योजनाएं शुरू की। जनजातीय और क्षेत्रीय भाषाओं के शिक्षकों की बहाली प्रक्रिया शुरू करवाई, लेकिन मुझे अफसोस है कि मैंने उन्हें नियुक्ति पत्र नहीं दिलवा सका। शुक्रवार को अपने गृह जिले में पहुंचे पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री चंपाई सोरेन ने यह सब बातें बताईं। हालांकि, राजनीति से जुड़े मीडिया के सवालों पर उन्होंने कहा कि वे कभी भी राजनीतिक टिप्पणी नहीं करते।

मुख्यमंत्री पद से इस्तीफा देने के बाद चंपाई सोरेन पहली बार अपने विधानसभा क्षेत्र में पहुंचे। यहां कांड्रा, गम्हरिया और आदित्यपुर में समर्थकों ने उनका उत्साहपूर्ण स्वागत किया। अपनों से मिलकर वे भावुक हो गए और कहा कि उनके हक और अधिकार के लिए जारी रहेगी लड़ाई।
चंपाई सोरेन ने कहा, “जनहित के अनुरूप काम किए जाएंगे।”
वहीं, उन्होंने तीसरी बार मुख्यमंत्री बनने वाले हेमंत सोरेन पर उनकी विरासत को आगे बढ़ाने का भरोसा जताया। मीडिया से बातचीत में चंपाई सोरेन ने कहा, “हमने जनता की भावनाओं के अनुरूप कुछ अच्छी योजनाएं भी शुरू की हैं। महिलाओं के लिए ‘माई-कुई योजना’ लागू की है। हमने ‘सीएम अबुआ स्वास्थ्य बीमा योजना’ भी लाई है। साथ ही, 200 यूनिट बिजली मुफ्त देने की योजना भी शुरू की है।”
