पिछले दोनों सरायकेला खरसावां मार्ग पर गोविंदपुर पुलिया के पास सड़क दुर्घटना में घायल योगेश्वर मंडल के आवास हाल-चाल जानने के लिए पूर्व विधायक मंगल सिंह सीय उनके घर पहुंचा।
