सरकार जेटेट का आयोजन कराए अन्यथा सीटेट को मान्यता दे- गजेंद्र नाथ चौहान
सहायक आचार्य पद पर नियुक्ति के लिए 2013 और 2016 में शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा ( JTET ) में पास अभ्यर्थी शामिल हो सकेंगे।झारखंड शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा (जेटेट) का आयोजन सात साल से नहीं हुआ है। सरकार ने हर साल जेटेट लेने का निर्णय लिया था। वर्तमान सरकार भी लगातार इसकी तैयारी की बात करती है, लेकिन परीक्षा का आयोजन नहीं हुआ है। राज्य में पहली बार 2012-13 में, जबकि दूसरी बार 2016 में इसका आयोजन किया गया। वर्तमान नियुक्ति में 2016 में जेटेट करने वाले अभ्यर्थियों को मौका मिल रहा है। नियमावली में हर साल जेटेट लेने की बात है। लेकिन सरकार ने सात साल से JTET नहीं ली है और नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया शुरू कर रही है। ऐसे में उनका क्या दोष है। बिना जेटेट के आयोजन के ही उन्हें नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया से डिस्क्वालिफाइ कर दिया गया है।गुरुकुल के निदेशक गजेंद्र नाथ चौहान ने कहा है कि सहायक आचार्य की नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया में सीटेट(CTET)वालों को मौका नहीं दिया जा रहा है।सरकार ने जब जेटेट का आयोजन नहीं किया तो अभ्यर्थियों ने सीटेट क्वालिफाई किया। ऐसे में नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया में उन्हें मौका मिलना चाहिए।उन्होंने ये भी कहा कि सीटेट की मान्यता जब पूरे देश में है तो झारखंड की नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया से उन अभ्यर्थियों को क्यों वंचित किया जा रहा है।
झारखंड में बीएड कॉलेजों की संख्या 135 है। हर साल 100 छात्र-छात्राओं का नामांकन होता है। ऐसे में इन कॉलेजों से करीब हर साल 13 हजार से अधिक छात्र-छात्राएं पास होकर निकलते हैं। पिछले छह साल में झारखंड से ही 75 हजार से ज्यादा छात्र-छात्राओं ने बीएड की डिग्री ली। इसके अलावा हर साल बड़ी संख्या में राज्य के बाहर भी अभ्यर्थी बीएड कोर्स की पढ़ाई के लिए जाते हैं। सरकार की नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया में एक बड़ी संख्या में विद्यार्थियों का भविष्य पर असर पड़ेगा।

There are 135 B.Ed colleges in Jharkhand. Every year 100 students are enrolled. In such a situation, every year more than 13 thousand students pass out from these colleges. In the last six years, more than 75 thousand students took the B.Ed degree from Jharkhand itself. Apart from this, every year a large number of candidates also go outside the state to pursue B.Ed course. The future of a large number of students will be affected in the recruitment process of the government.
