हेमंत सोरेन ने साल 2005 के बाद नहीं खरीदी है कोई प्रॉपर्टी, कपिल सिब्बल ने जताया आक्रोश
सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) ने शुक्रवार को कपिल सिब्बल की ओर से Jharkhand के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन (Hemant Soren) की मुख्यमंत्री रहते हुए गिरफ्तारी के खिलाफ दायर याचिका पर सुनवाई करने से इनकार कर दिया था और हाई कोर्ट जाने की बात कही थी।शनिवार को कोर्ट के इस रुख पर कपिल सिब्बल ने अपना आक्रोश जाहिर किया है।
जमीन से जुड़ा ये मामला 2009 का
उन्होंने कहा कि Supreme Court को हमें बताना चाहिए कि किस मामले में हम यहां आ सकते हैं और किस मामले में हम यहां नहीं आ सकते। उन्होंने कहा कि मुझे लगता है कि भारत के इतिहास में शायद ही ऐसा कुछ हुआ होगा, जब एक मौजूदा मुख्यमंत्री को गिरफ्तार (Arrested) किया गया हो।
कपिल सिब्बल ने कहा कि Hemant Soren ने 2005 के बाद कोई प्रॉपर्टी खरीदी नहीं। जमीन से जुड़ा ये मामला 2009 का है। वो भी वैसी जमीन का, जिसे न तो बेचा जा सकता और ना ही खरीदा जा सकता। जिसकी जमीन है, आज भी वो उसी के पास है। फिर 2024 में उन्हें अरेस्ट कैसे कर लिया गया।

The Supreme Court on Friday had refused to hear the petition filed by Kapil Sibal against the arrest of former Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren while he was the Chief Minister and had talked about going to the High Court. On Saturday, Kapil Sibal expressed his anger over this stance of the court.
This land related matter is of 2009
He said that the Supreme Court should tell us in which cases we can come here and in which cases we cannot come here. He said that I think something like this would hardly have happened in the history of India, when a sitting Chief Minister was arrested.
Kapil Sibal said that Hemant Soren did not buy any property after 2005. This land related matter is of 2009. That too of such land, which can neither be sold nor bought. The one who has the land still has it. Then how was he arrested in 2024?
