हेमंत सोरेन की जमानत याचिका पर ईडी ने अपनी राय बुधवार को पेश की। सोमवार को हुई सुनवाई में वकील कपिल सिब्बल ने हेमंत सोरेन के पक्ष की बात की थी।
रांची: झारखंड के पूर्व सीएम हेमंत सोरेन की जमानत याचिका पर बुधवार को सुनवाई होगी, जहां आज ईडी अपना पक्ष रखेगी। सोमवार को हुई सुनवाई में सुप्रीम कोर्ट के अधिवक्ता कपिल सिब्बल ने हेमंत सोरेन का पक्ष रखा, जहां उन्होंने ईडी की कार्रवाई को अवैध बताते हुए कहा कि जिस बड़गाईं अंचल की 8.86 एकड़ की जमीन को मेरे मुवक्किल का बताया जा रहा है, वह भूईहड़ी जमीन है। इसका ट्रांसफर नहीं किया जा सकता है, न ही मालिकाना हक भी उनके नाम पर है। मौके पर ईडी ने अपना पक्ष रखने के लिए समय मांगा, जिसकी इजाजत उन्हें मिल गई।

हेमंत सोरेन पर जमीन की अवैध खरीद बिक्री का आरोप गलत
इससे पहले जस्टिस रंगन मुखोपाध्याय की अदालत में कपिल सिब्बल ने हेमंत सोरेन का पक्ष रखते हुए इसे सिविल मामला बताया है. उन्होंने कहा कि जिस जमीन की अवैध खरीद बिक्री का आरोप मेरे मुवक्किल पर लगा है कि उनका उस दस्तावेज में नाम भी नहीं है. ईडी के पास भी उनके खिलाफ कोई सबूत नहीं है. इस पर जस्टिस रंगन ने ईडी को अपना रखने के लिए 12 जून की तिथि निर्धारित की.
हेमंत सोरेन ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में दायर की याचिका
इसस पहले झारखंड मुक्ति मोर्चा (झामुमो) के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष हेमंत सोरेन ने जमीन घोटाले मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट में भी अपनी याचिका दायर की थी. लेकिन सुप्रीम कोर्ट की तरफ से उन्हें राहत नहीं मिली. इसके बाद पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री ने हाईकोर्ट की ओर अपना रूख किया और जमानत की मांग की.
31 जनवरी को हेमंत सोरेन को ईडी ने किया था गिरफ्तार
बता दें कि रांची के बड़गाईं अंचल में कथित जमीन घोटाला मामले में हेमंत सोरेन को 31 जनवरी 2024 को प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) ने मनी लाउंडरिंग एक्ट के तहत गिरफ्तार कर लिया था. इससे पहले उनसे लंबी पूछताछ हुई थी. हेमंत सोरेन की गिरफ्तारी के पहले उनके दिल्ली स्थित कई ठिकानों पर छापेमारी की गई थी.

Accusation of illegal purchase and sale of land against Hemant Soren is wrong
Earlier, in the court of Justice Rangan Mukhopadhyay, Kapil Sibal, while presenting the side of Hemant Soren, described it as a civil matter. He said that his name is not even in the document of the land for which his client has been accused of illegal purchase and sale. Even ED has no evidence against him. On this, Justice Rangan set the date of June 12 to retain the ED.

Hemant Soren filed petition in Supreme Court
Earlier, Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) working president Hemant Soren had also filed his petition in the Supreme Court in the land scam case. But he did not get relief from the Supreme Court. After this the former Chief Minister approached the High Court and demanded bail.
Hemant Soren was arrested by ED on 31 January
Let us inform that Hemant Soren was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on January 31, 2024 under the Money Laundering Act in the alleged land scam case in Badagain area of Ranchi. Before this he was interrogated for a long time. Before the arrest of Hemant Soren, raids were conducted at many of his locations in Delhi.
